Condomínio de luxo em Cane Island Resort, com excelentes vistas. Linda vista mostra muitas palmeiras e flores. Esta unidade custom decorado é apenas a poucos passos de pelúcia personalizado clubhouse com muitas comodidades. Clubhouse tem sinuca, pebolim, jogos de vídeo e cozinha com sala de estar pé quadrado 3200 com TV de plasma de 42 polegadas. A sala de exercícios também está incluído. TV de alta definição é em todos os quartos desta unidade com dois aparelhos de DVD. A sala principal tem TV de alta definição de 46 polegadas com DVD progressive scan. A cozinha e banhos de esta unidade ter granito-tops e ambos os banheiros têm pias duplas. Cabinetry é bonito bordo luz por toda parte. Esta unidade foi planejada por um decorador tema talentoso por 7 meses. Todos os móveis, roupas, obras de arte, e os acessórios foram integrados em uma fantástica experiência de arregalar os olhos. O quarto principal tem uma cama de bronze estilo dossel.

The condo was welcoming and Decorated as if it was your own home. You feel comfortable from the minute you walk in. We spent days at Disney and Animal Kingdom. The condo is very close to the parks and is also surrounded by many restaurants and stores. The little extras like a closet full of childrens toys and a toddler potty seat just topped it off! I can't say enough about working with Ron. He was pleasant, helpful and fast to respond to emails. I would highly recommend staying here and me and my family plan on returning.
I happened to see the two-star review that was recently posted. My family and I have been to Ron's condo every year since 2011. We love everything about the condo--the decor, the location, the quiet and the security. As soon as we get home, we get in touch with Ron to reserve our time for the following year because we wouldn't consider going to any other place. This year we had a last minute emergency which prevented us from going to Florida. Ron went out of his way to help us.
Although we had only one problem in all the years we were there, Ron was in constant contact with us. We have always found the condo and the hallways clean.There is a large supply of towels, blankets, pillows and sheets. And the kitchen has more dishes than I have. What home doesn't have a few nicks here and there? I can't think of any place I would rather stay when I am in Orlando. I highly recommend Ron and Michelle's condo because I know you will enjoy staying there.
We often visit Ron and Michele's condo page, as we are repeat renters, and we like to keep tabs on their availability calendar.
We were surprised to read the recent 2-star review, as we have never had any reason to share any complaints.
We have stayed in this condo 6 times in the last 4 years, a total of 58 nights, and we are already booked to stay later this year, and again next spring.
The review stated that the condo is on the third floor, but failed to mention that there is an elevator.
It mentioned that the condo is in need of decorating. We are not sure what this means, as it has been professionally decorated. It is done in Florida-style decor, and feels very homey.
Perhaps there are some "marks" on a wall or a door or floor baseboard, but, it's a "vacation rental", and, when you have people coming in and going out week after week, these things happen.
The review mentioned that there was no phone. There was a phone when we first stayed there, but, we never had a use for it because we communicate with our cell phones and our computer.
As for not having a local management company, Ron gives us several ways to connect with him should we ever have problem, and he is very prompt with his responses.
We use the washer and dryer every time we stay. No ironing board is no problem for us - we are on "vacation", so our clothes are "wash and wear".
We have had no reason to feel unsafe there. The parking lot is well lit, and we seldom see many people. The entrance door to the condo has a keyless lock, with a dead-bolt and slide chain lock on the inside.
We love staying here. The location can't be beat, and the condo is very roomy. The master suite has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has twin beds, and the sofa is a pull-out, allowing for 6 guests.
Ron is great to work with. We have e-mailed back and forth many times. He always responds very quickly whenever we have a question.
We felt that we needed to share our thoughts in this review so that one negative review won't keep you from a fantastic place to stay. Many of the vacation renters here are repeats, and there are over 50 five-star reviews, which should say something about the condo and it's owners.
We will continue to stay here as long as Ron and Michele offer us the opportunity.
This is on the third floor condominium. Public area was dirty with discarded rice on the stairwell the entire time we stayed. This apartment is in need of decorating. The walls are marked and skirting boards marked. Marks on the doors. Bedlinen provided was old and worn. All three comforters were old, and faded. All bath towels were old, faded with some stains on. Flooring was clean and modern. Laundry room was an asset although they do not provide an ironing board. No phone or local management company so extremely difficult to contact and lack of on call assistance. Furniture is adequate but again dated and worn. This is only big enough for 4 people. The communal pool was adequate however it's not big enough for the 100 plus condimiums . Good gym facilities. Good central location . No alarm / safe for guests use so security was a concern . Gated community not very secure as the gate was open most days and in any case just opened on approach. Would not stay here again or recommend to friends however once updated and some maintenance completed it would provide adequate standard, condominium vacation.
My family and I stayed at this condo for a little less than a week and i must say we loved it. The location was good and access to the property was very easy. The place was very clean and it had every thing you could possibly need, even things you don't need!! lol
We had no problems at all, I only wished we had utilized the pool on the property but time wasn't on our side; but will next time. I look forward to booking this condo for future vacations and I recommend this condo to anybody looking for a home away from home on the kissimmee area.
The only reason for a 4 star rating was the condo was very street noise

The owners were awesome, very nice condo, decorated nicely, all worked, the owners were wonderful to work with, the location is awesome for trip to Disney and Universal and other areas of interest, everything and anything you wanted was included in the condo

Caminhe para CVS (aberto 24 horas) e Orange World. 2 milhas para Walgreens, 1 milha para Walmart Super Center e Publix. 1/2 quadra de I-192 (principal rodovia para a Disney), com centenas de lojas e restaurantes ao longo desta rota. 2 Miles to Outlet Shopping na rota 536 (Vineland Ave). 15 minutos para a Universal Studios, Sea World, e mais lojas e restaurantes na International Drive. 1 milha da celebração com cinema, lojas típicas e restaurantes com vista para um lago.
