Sillwood Road é minutos a pé de qualquer lugar em Brighton. A uma curta distância para Hove, o Beach, o centro da cidade, Kemp Town, o Lanes e da estação é uma curta caminhada ladeira abaixo, se você chegar e plana para cima colina no caminho de volta (ou, em outras palavras, uma unidade de táxi curta).
A propriedade é organizado mais de 5 níveis, com cave grande plano aberto cozinha e sala de jantar, levando a um terraço com mesa e cadeiras. Em seguida, no piso térreo, uma grande sala de estar e banheiro de hóspedes e espaço no armário.
Em seguida, no andar de cima leva a 5 quartos, duas casas de banho, casa de banho de hóspedes e um terceiro banheiro no 2º andar.

A praia fica a 2 minutos de distância, de modo muito próximo de se divertir.
Na parte traseira da propriedade que tem um espaço de fora da área de cozinha. Isso pode ser usado para socializar até 21. 30 horas, quando você tem que se mover dentro de casa com as portas fechadas, de modo a não perturbado Propriedades moradores adjacentes. Por favor, respeite isso devido ao município ter o poder de multar por ruído excessivo.
Booked this for a hen weekend. It was a beautiful house, a great setup for a hen with the kitchen on lower ground floor. Very good location just a short walk into town. Brenda was very friendly and helpful. Parking is pricey in town so recommend parking at Norton Rd car park which is £5 for 12hrs and a mile from the house. Would book again!
We stayed in this lovely house for a weekend break. We were 3 familes (consisting 6 adults and 6 children) and there was plenty of room. The house was very clean and was beautifully furnished. Great location for town,and the local Waitrose was very handy. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.
The photos don't do this property justice, we were expecting a nice house but we were surprised at how lovely it was. The decor is beautiful, the beds very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. There were even hairdryers in some rooms. Thoroughly recommend!
Being tasked with organising my friend's hen do, I wanted to do something a bit special for her. The ideas of staying in a hotel had been discussed but we really didn't think that was the option for us. When we saw the advert for Sillwood Road we KNEW this was the one for us.
Brenda was very helpful throughout the whole booking process and dealt with any questions I had quickly and effectively.
Arriving at the house literally took our breath away. It is beautiful - and was in IMMACULATE condition.
We spent most of out time in the house either socialising in the Kitchen area or on the roof terrace / garden terrace - it was perfect.
The house is very well located and within walking distance of, well, everything really.
Parking was also a doodle - and very cheap - with a secure parking facility round on Regency Mews.
I cannot recommend staying here enough. It was the perfect house for a perfect weekend - we're actually considering making it an annual thing!

We booked Sillwood road for 2 nights for a hen do this November and really can't recommend it enough.
The house is beautifully appointed (stunning in fact!) and it's in the perfect location to explore Brighton, literally a 2 minute walk from the seafront and maybe 5 minutes to the pier. It's also close to all the nightlife which is really handy - most of Brighton's main clubs were a 5-10 minute walk away - and although there is no parking at the house, there is a secure car park right round the corner which charged us £50 for the weekend (Brighton Secure Parking.)
The shops are also literally at the top of the road (Waitrose and a Sainsburys) which were really handy for stocking up on essentials.
The property was spotlessly clean and well-maintained and the meet and greet service was very friendly and efficient.
All in all, we were extremely happy with our choice and are already organising another get together next year so we can stay there again.

I booked this house for a weekend away for 10 Mums needing a well earnt break after the long school holidays!
We were not disappointed at all! Firstly, Brenda made the whole booking/communication thing as easy as anything by emailing me replies whenever I had them and even helped with finding car parks etc. Secondly, the house is gorgeous.
Well located near the burnt out Pier! in a one way residential street not far from the seafront (which means its nice and quiet) or from the shops (or even from restaurants and bars 2 streets away) the house is beautiful. Very light and airy and well decorated/furnished.
We used all 5 bedrooms (so no need for the 2 sofa beds) which were really well appointed. Linen, towels, tea towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, washing up gloves were all provided too (which impressed us Mums!) The kitchen was used the most - which was a fab area for us all to sit, cook, eat and chat as it even had an outside seating area. The roof terrace was also a favourite especially as the sun chose to shine all weekend. The lounge looked lovely and I am sure would have been a nice place to sit too but we just didn't use it!!
We cannot recommend this gorgeous house highly enough.
