Located only three and a half miles from the center of town, you can readily enjoy a large selection of wineries and vineyards, just a short drive or bike ride away. The town of Fredericksburg is stocked with restaurants, shopping, and history, providing an assortment of activities close to this home away from home. Yet, After you experience the homespun appeal of the rocking chairs on your front porch, with its beautiful Hill Country views, you may not feel a need to leave during your stay.

Upon entering the main living area, you'll feel the warmth and inviting simplicity of this rustic cabin. The room is bordered by four windows, supplying natural light during the day. A perfect dining table for two stages an ideal setting for romantic candlelight dinners. For your convenience, the kitchenette is stocked with a sink, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Cable TV is also available for guests staying at this cabin, but since there is no Internet access, this might just be the perfect opportunity to keep the electronics turned off and reconnect with a loved one. We're excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels worldwide. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally, a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the number of beds available.
The fireplace is not operational.
Internet access is not offered at this home.
Charcoal BBQs are not allowed on the property.
Children under 17 are not allowed at this property due to safety hazards associated with an unfenced pool nearby.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
