Apartment of about 50 m2, completely renovated in 2014, consisting of an open plan living area kitchen, living room and living room with a sofa bed. Check-in from 20:00 to 24:00 is possible on request and has an additional cost of € 30.00, payable in cash upon arrival.

The position of the apartment is strategic: it is located in a quiet area but 100 m from Campo Santi Apostoli where the Strada Nova starts, one of the pulsating streets of the city where there are restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies.
In parallel, the Fondamenta della Misericordia takes place, along its path there are numerous restaurants, also very well known, which have, in the public space, a nice terrace, which during the summer evenings is filled with patrons.

The Saints Apostles, from where starts New street, the most popular streets of the city, where there are many restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies.
Alongside Strada Nova, there is Fondamenta della Misericordia: there are numerous well-known restaurants, which during the summer evenings are full of tourists.

How to get around
Rialto is a 5-minute walk away, while Piazza San Marco can be reached in about 10 minutes by walking through the Mercerie, one of the most famous streets in Venice.
The closest vaporetto stops are Ca d'Oro (line 1 less than 100 m), with which you can sail on the Grand Canal and admire the wonderful buildings that face it and the Fondamente Nuove from where you can start to visit the islands or reach the airport (line 5. 2 Murano / line 12 Burano-Torcello, Alilaguna to arrive or reach the airport).
Rialto takes 5-minute walking, while St Mark's Square can be reached in about 10 minutes, walking through Mercerie, one of the most famous streets of Venice.
The nearest steamboat stops at Ca d'Oro (line 1 less than 100 m), with which you can sail on the Grand Canal and admire the beautiful buildings and the Fondamente Nuove from where to start to visit back to the airport (line 5. 2 Murano / line 12 Burano-Torcello, Alilaguna - airport).
