Broadstairs has a micro climate giving a good chance of sun and warmth in summer, but even in winter you will come back from Broadstairs refreshed and revived!
Broadstairs has golden sands, safe swimming, and lots of history to discover. Dickens was a frequent visitor in Victorian times and is still celebrated today in the pub names, Bleak House and Dickens Week ( around the third week in June) when locals dress in costume for the week and there are many events to attend. Not to mention Folk Week every year in August.
