Duplex apartment in a gated complex with a HEATED SEAWATER SWIMMING POOL and a 12 meter HOT WATER RELAX POOL, in a very quiet neighborhood and with a PROFESSIONAL "OMADA" WIFI NETWORK, ideal for relaxing or teleworking. 10 minutes from two of the best beaches on the island and next to a fishing village with fantastic local restaurants. Very well equipped to make you feel at home.

The apartment is located in a small complex of 11 units by the sea. The complex has two seawater pools and a freshwater pool, surrounded by a large lawn garden. The adult pool is heated to 23ºC. The 12-meter HOT WATER RELAX POOL has 36ºC fresh water. The pool area also has communal showers and toilets.

It is a duplex with two bedrooms both located on the first floor, as well as a full bathroom with shower.

In the master bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom you can choose between two single beds or a double bed. There is also an armchair bed for the extra persons in the living room, recommended for children and teenagers.
The house is ideal for 4 people, although thanks to the sofa bed it is suitable for families of up to 6 people (2 adults and 4 children). For babies we have a cot and high chair available, of course, babies do not count as an extra person.

The duplex is very bright, the main bedroom has a fantastic corner terrace of 50 square meters, with armchairs, shower, barbecue, outdoor dining table, and views to the sea and the swimming pool. Thanks to the interior garden the second bedroom is also very bright. Natural light also reaches the main bathroom through the skylights.

The flat is accessed through the small garden/terrace on the ground floor.

This first floor is an open-plan space where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located, as well as a small toilet.

Another of the main features of the house is the equipment, highlighting elements such as the very high quality bed, the gas barbecue or the Smart TV with internet access.

To sum up, a house with large green areas and one of the best swimming pools you can find on the island (almost all year round with very few users), the house is fully equipped and built by one of the best architects in the Canary Islands.

Fantastic apartment
The apartment, pool and seafront location with nearby restaurants etc. were all absolutely perfect. I honestly cannot think of anything that I didn’t like about the place which might be a first. Excellent communication from the property managers who were extremely helpful and friendly. There were people of all ages staying at the time we were there and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We usually hire a car on holiday but didn’t bother this time as everything is in easy walking distance. Highly recommend.

A beautiful peaceful complex
I was extremely careful where I booked for our family to enjoy some winter sun. This place ticked all of the boxes for us and we weren't disappointed once we were there. First of all, not many places have a heated pool, however, it was a must for us and although it was warm in the winter sun (February), climbing into the heated pool (which was a brilliant size and often barely used) was an absolute bonus and great for the kids to keep popping into throughout the holiday. Secondly, the property overlooks the sea and has a lovely walk along the coast. We would walk every day to the bar on the hill and enjoy happy hour (turn right out of the gate along the coast). There are plenty of restaurants around the place - just behind the supermarket (3 mins away) is a lovely square with lots of restaurants. Likewise we would walk over to Los Abrigos and enjoy the amazing fish restaurants on the harbour side. The holiday home was very modern inside and had absolutely everything you could need. It is one of 11 and we found it extremely peaceful throughout our stay and always felt like it was a bunch of say only 5/6 holiday homes there, as people were always out and about. The number of times we had the pool completely to ourselves and the whole area around the pool, (which is a large lawned area) was great. It was also good that it was very international on the complex and appealed to lots of nationalities (rather than a Little Britain complex). As soon as we booked, we were given lots of information and throughout our stay, contact and updates from the owners was excellent. Unlike large busy complexes, it was lovely to have the thoughtful personal touch and we would love to return one day soon

SOME TLC REQUIRED
Good location , close to restaurants, sea and shops. However some reinvestment into property required. Sliding very heavy doors to wardrobe right up tight to bed not very easy to access. Safe on floor tucked into corner of wardrobe again not easy to open or close. No oven if home cooking required. Requires refurb and some redesigning to make space more practical and useable. A few stepping stones over small garden to front door would be useful , small sticks with black twine to stop people walking on newly planted grass seed was a real safety hazard especially returning in the dark with limited lighting. I would return after refurb due to location but does require renovation. Please keep in mind late check in and early check out when booking flights we met other guests who had to spend the day just hanging about with their luggage left in office!

There is nothing better than waking up right in front of the SEA. The house is located in one of the best areas of the island, next to its largest GOLF course. It is located by the SEAFRONT, from which you will have direct access to UNSPOILT BATHING SITES. Walking towards the east along the seafront, in 10 minutes you will reach "Los Abrigos", a small FISHING VILLAGE. Walking towards the west, you will find several unspoilt bathing sites, a MARINA and finally an old COASTAL HORSE TRAIL which, after 5 kilometres, leads to "Montaña Amarilla" and a MARINE PROTECTED AREA. 50 metres away, there is a small shopping centre with a few bars, restaurants, a 24-hour taxi rank, a supermarket that opens every day until 22:00, ATMs... In Los Abrigos you will find a wide selection of RESTAURANTS, the FISH MARKET, banks and a pharmacy. Within a 5 minute drive, you can reach a shopping area next to the highway (Las Chafiras) that includes sport stores, golf stores, several supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl, Hiperdino), McDonald's and a FARMERS MARKET (highly recommended). Further west, (passed Los Abrigos), there are some quiet small beaches and even a NATURAL ROCK POOL. 10 minutes away by car you will find TWO OF THE BEST BEACHES of Tenerife: "La Tejita" and "El Médano". The beach of "El Médano" is named after the village where it is located, which, in our opinion, is one of the best places of the island. It offers a great sporty atmosphere thanks to the WIND SURF AND KITE SURF World Championships held every year.

We are two brothers who love our island, as well as welcoming and meeting our guests. This is the part we enjoy the most. On the day of your arrival, we will welcome you personally to show you around the house, explain how everything works and give you a map of the island with a list of restaurants, beaches and trails. Of course, we will also hand you the keys. If you are looking for something in particular and would like some information prior to your arrival, just let us know and we will be glad to help. We believe that, in order for you to have the best holidays possible, it is very important that you actually get to know the island. This is why we'll be sharing with you our experiences about Tenerife, so you can enjoy you holidays differently, just like a real local resident would do. You will also be able to reach us by phone in case you have any other question so we can help you as much as we can. Getting a good night's sleep during the holidays is basic, so we have done our research about the mattresses used in luxury hotels and we can offer you amazing duvets and memory foam and synthetic pillows. All sheets are 100 % cotton. We live in the north of the island, but we spend a lot of time working close to the apartment or enjoying the pool or the sea not far from there, so we will probably meet every once in a while.
