This open concept, age restricted 55+ villa backs onto the 12 green. Leave your winter decor behind and enjoy the cheerful vibrant colors throughout. Lots of light in the living and dining room. You will be staying in the most sought-after villa floor plan with 920 sq. ft. and covered car port. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Master and guest bedroom has plenty of storage. Sleeping for an addition 2 in the living room pull-out sofa. Kitchen cabinets are well stocked with many small appliances. For your enjoyment there is a 58” Smart TV (Cable, Prime Video) and Wi-Fi wireless internet.
Relax in the sun with a morning coffee and dinner on the partially covered large patio and watch golfers come up the fairway. Sunbird Golf Resort is a gated community with splendidly remodeled surroundings. Enjoy the two heated pools, hot tub, and tennis courts and yes, we have pickleball. Appreciate the 18th hole golf course, 4384 yards, par 66, noticeable water features and impartial sand traps found on different holes. There are many other great courses minutes away.

The Clubhouse boasts a billiards, exercise room, library, crafts and Sunday Service. Visit the clubhouse office for all daily activities for the week/month, (It is up to you how busy you want to be). Treat yourself to breakfast, lunch, Sunday Brunch or a cocktail at happy hour in "The Horizon Room", the staff is welcoming, and the food is great, and prices are very reasonable.

For the shopping enthusiast, Wild Horse Outlet Mall is 20 minutes away. Happy Shopping!!

We are small/well behaved pet friendly. Sunbird has a designated area for your furry friend.
We are located on the 12th green; golfers will be driving by and or stopping. We ask to keep the barking to a minimum.

Sunbird villa

Bed very comfortable but had a badly stained mattress cover. Floors very dirty, hadn’t been mopped before our visit. Barbecue unusable as reported to owner. Still love Sunbird as a location and enjoyed our month there.

Home away from home

This is a wonderful villa in a friendly and safe 55 plus plus community. We had such a great time we did not want to leave. The owners are great communicators and ensure that you have everything you need during your stay. We plan on staying here again.

Tidy, quaint villa in great location.

Located in South Chandler in a friendly 55+ community with great amenities. Great communication with owner for whenever needed. Comfortably furnished. Located close to Riggs Rd so hear daily traffic noise starting at 5 AM. That’s the only drawback if you are a lighter sleeper.

Nice little place. Housekeeper needs to do a little more cleaning. Blinds above kitchen sink was not good and living room & dining room valances had cobwebs. The air fresheners were too over powering when we got there.

We live in the Crowsnest Pass, Alberta, Canada. Golf, pickleball, and curling are our passions. We have two adult sons that can't get enough of the Arizona sunshine and taking a few dollars from dad over a friendly game of golf.

Our plan is to leave the cold winters behind and retire in sunny Arizona. In 2014 the search was on to find our little piece of paradise. After a week at Sunbird Golf Resort, we decided to contact the local realtor who has become a dear friend. We hope you will enjoy this piece of paradise as much as we do.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The villa is open concept, with loads of sunlight with a great view of the golf course from the kitchen/dining and living room.
Start your day off right by relaxing in the morning sun with a mug of coffee then enjoy your favorite cocktail or two... during happy hour, all while watching the golfers go by.
The property is gated for your protection and has two heated pools. Visit the clubhouse administrative office for weekly activities. You may enjoy karaoke on Friday night or dancing in the ballroom Saturday night. Get your body moving each morning in the pool with water aerobics. In the ballroom we have Sunday Service, held at 9:00 am. Stop by The Horizon Room for great food and beverages. Sunday brunch is amazing. You will be back!! The Pro shop will look after your tee-times.
