The farmhouse is located on a one and a half hectare farm and has a large and sunny space in front with a beautiful and large Jacuzzi for 5 people, sun loungers, a lounge and chairs where you can stay by day and spend the evening with barbecue and smoker for grilling in the company.
The large and convenient private parking allows you to leave the car in peace. The apartment also has access from the street level which allows you to unload and load the car with ease and without effort.
The proximity of the lake leads to a cool and always ventilated climate even on the hottest days.
The accommodation is equipped with all the brand new appliances that make the stay quiet and comfortable. At your disposal you will find a comfortable kitchen equipped with hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, fans. A washing machine dryer and a 49 "LCD TV complete the equipment. The bathroom, brand new like all the furniture and furnishings, is equipped with a hairdryer and detergents. In the kitchen there is a beautiful balcony overlooking the valley while on the outside a large terrace equipped with chairs and umbrella allows you to eat outdoors.
