The home comes with a private hot tub on deck, access to the community amenities (pool, fitness center, tennis courts, outdoor pavilion, etc.), 25' of dock space located at Sailfish Canal #5 (directly behind property), covered parking for boat and jet ski trailer (parking for up to 3 vehicles) and is within walking distance of the marina, restaurant and ship's store. The beautifully renovated main floor is spacious and bright, and a new sitting area at the top of the stairs features a desk/chair and sofa that offer views of the marina and beyond. Also on the top floor is a Master Suite with King bed, reading nook, private balcony and jetted tub. The 2nd Bedroom on top floor has a Queen bed and a bunk set, and the 3rd Bedroom on main floor has a Queen bed and bunk set. Additional Queen sleep sofa is located in the main living area. The home accommodates 12 people total. There are 4 TVs, WiFi, gas grill, highchair, ceiling fans, books, games, and covered deck with furniture. View of marina and canal.
