With its stunning ocean and Buck Island view, this villa includes a very private sun terrace with a private Heated pool. Also, for those unaware winter season pool temperatures on the island can average a bit chilly 78 degrees and heated pools are rare. At Limetree Villa, the heated pool comfortably maintains winter daytime temp at about 84 degrees.

On St Croix's beautiful East End, Limetree is a freestanding villa condo in the lovely Villa Madeleine community. Located at the highest point in the complex with steady breezes, it is one of the few villas with the spectacular north ocean view with a breaking reef, sailboats coming and going, and Buck Island National Monument as the centerpiece. At night in addition to amazing stars, you’ll see lights of cruise ships passing on the horizon.

The luxurious Bedroom Suite is a tranquil retreat after a fun day. There's a four-poster mahogany king bed with a very comfortable Tempur-pedic mattress, resort quality bedding and linens, 43" SmartTV, AppleTV and bathroom with a pink marble garden shower. The Great Room opens to the private pool terrace with chaises, covered outdoor dining for nicely shaded breakfasts and lunches with the fabulous view, plus a stainless steel gas grill. The Great Room has indoor dining as well.

There is Wi-Fi throughout and the villa is fully air conditioned for warmer season visits. The old style thru-wall AC units are all replaced with whisper quiet mini-splits, so if AC is desired just set your temperature and sleep tight. Outside the front door is a lush tropical garden including key lime trees, hence the name Limetree Villa. Convenient parking is just steps away on a well-lighted and landscaped walk with only one step.

Coolers, beach chairs and beach towels are provided, racquets and balls as well for the onsite tennis court. Dine at any of numerous excellent restaurants including one of our favorites Duggan’s Reef right on the beach below Limetree or relax at your home away from home under the stars with cocktails, grilling and dining on the terrace.
