A partir do momento que você chega você não vai se decepcionar; um grande plano aberto cozinha / sala de estar é o espaço perfeito para se reunir com amigos e familiares e relaxar após um dia de passeios turísticos; a cozinha está totalmente equipada com máquina de lavar louça, microondas, máquina de lavar e secar roupas para garantir a sua estadia em Milton Hayloft é um relaxante.

TV por satélite está disponível através da tela grande TV de plasma na sala de estar e em todos os quartos em TVs de tela plana LCD. O quarto principal tem uma cama king size e casa de banho privada, com um banheiro da família no andar de cima e vestiário embaixo e WC também estão disponíveis. Outros dois quartos oferecem uma cama king size e um quarto com duas camas individuais permitindo a propriedade para acomodar confortavelmente 6 pessoas. Family break in Central Scotland

This was our second visit to Milton Hayloft - lots of space for the family. Ideally located and our children love the wi-Fi and bedroom TVs.

Modern, clean and a great location for touring around.

The outside of the property is plain but the inside where it matters is very contemporary with an open plan modern kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The decor is also very stylish.

This property is in a great location not far from Stirling and central for touring by car.

Highly recommended.

Milton Hayloft

The house was clean, comfortable well provided with all items like towels, kitchen sundries etc..

The weather was very cold when we were there and so we had no inclination to eat outside. If the weather had been warm enough, the back yard (as mentioned by someone in thew visitors' book) was dreary. Some plants would be good.

Re location, we had assumed the property would be surrounded by fields with a nice view. It was however convenient for Stirling and beside the motorway for getting to Glasgow or Edinburgh, so that was a bonus.

So in summary, - the inside excellent, the outside disappointing.

The back garden has been set out with paving stones and gravel for ease of maintenance and easy accessibilty into the property from the back. While we do realise that it may be somewhat lacking in colour we hope that that the tidy, well kept appearance of it may be of some appeal. Unfortunately watering tubs while on holiday is not top of most people's list and we feel that arriving to some dead, wilted , unwatered plants may be somewhat off putting. I am sorry you assumed that the property would be surrounded by fields with a nice view - I am unsure as to why as we do not mention views or fields in any of our description of the property. You can of course, within a few minutes' walk of the property, find yourself in a location where there are views and fields. Milton Hayloft is one of our most popular properties given that , as you found out, is excellently placed for visiting Stirling and further afield. We hope you enjoyed your stay despite your disappoitment with the back garden and lack of views .

Milton Hayloft Stirling

Enjoyed a very relaxing short break at this luxurious property close to Stirling. Everything we needed was on hand and particularly liked the welcome pack which many self-catering providers do not supply.

Customer service was excellent and we would thoroughly recommend this property and hope to stay again in the near future.

Milton era uma aldeia encantadora por muitos séculos e foi construída em torno dos inúmeros moinhos estabelecidos ao longo da queimadura Vale do Bannock. Modern Milton ainda mantém muitos dos originais moinho trabalhadores rurais e edifícios agrícolas, embora a habitação moderna foi adicionado e renovação dos edifícios originais aumentou a área. Milton Hayloft é um estabelecimento moderno simpático muito em harmonia com os edifícios circundantes. O Bannockburn Heritage Centre histórico fica apenas a 2 minutos a pé da propriedade e há pubs e restaurantes na área. O Monumento Wallace é um 2 min de carro; no caminho, parar e visitar a Ponte Velha Stirling.

A paisagem circundante é um paraíso para os entusiastas ao ar livre: caminhadas, ciclismo e parapente são todos em oferta nas próximas Ochil Hills. Um pouco mais longe estão os Trossachs, Callander, Loch Lomond National Park, Glasgow e Edimburgo proporcionando, portanto, a base turística ideal central para as suas férias.

    At end of your stay, the good housekeeping deposit is refunded onto the card used to make the balance payment. Please ensure that this card is valid beyond your departure date to enable this refund. Failure to use a card valid beyond departure date will incur bank charges to process the refund to International bank accounts.



    Please note that if your booking is placed less than 6 weeks before arrival date full payment must be made on booking.

    BY BOOKING AND MAKING PAYMENT YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT/CANCELLATION :



    Deposit, security payment and payment



    1. A 50% non refundable deposit has been made by you. This is to secure your booking and represents a booking that will be fully confirmed on receipt of the remainder of the letting fee before or on the date given above.

    2. Confirmation of the booking will normally be made to you within seven days of receipt of the full payment.

    3. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to the rental period.

    4. If a booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to the rental period, full payment plus a breakages/damage deposit is required to secure the booking.

    5. A refundable breakages/damages deposit has been made. This is to cover any breakages or damage whilst staying in the apartment. It will be returned after the rental period following a complete and satisfactory check of the inventory and property.This can take up to 7 days to show in your account.

    6. Full details of how to get to the house and where the key can be collected will be sent to the person making the booking after full payment has been received and no sooner than 2 weeks before the date of entry.

    7. The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date.



    Changes to the booking dates



    1. Any change can be made to the booking (subject to availability) before 6 weeks with no charges. However changes may be subject to necessary changes in rental period charges

    2. Any changes to bookings made with less than 6 weeks to booking are made at the owner's discretion and subject to necessary changes in rental period charges.

    3. All changes made with less than 6 weeks to the rental period are subject to a standard charge of £50 or currency equivalent.



    Cancellation Charges



    The client may cancel the booking at any time after it has been confirmed.

    Cancellation must be made in writing.

    Cancellation charges are as follows

    Less than 6 weeks – loss of total rental value, however good housekeeping deposit will be returned.

    More than 6 weeks - loss of 50% non refundable deposit made on booking.



    Please Note: if the owners are able to re-book the cancelled weeks, there will only be a £50 administration charge made, irrespective of when the booking is cancelled.
