ÚLTIMA HORA PREÇOS! Este maravilhoso apartamento oferece duas confortáveis ??quartos duplos e um terraço privado fantástica coberta com um churrasco. Um tiro de pedra da área de piscina (mesmo nível do apartamento) e estacionamento privado, ea poucos minutos a pé da praia em Port de Soller. Port de Soller é um lugar muito montanhoso e é um pouco de uma subida ao apartamento a: ou cerca de 200 passos sinuosos pelos jardins do complexo, que não é tão ruim porque tem pedaços obscuros e lugares que você pode descansar, ou até a estrada que é mais suave e tem uma vista fabulosa sobre o mar, mas tem mais alguns minutos.

Ein nicht pefekter Urlaub

Die Realität in der Wohnung entsprach in keinster Weise dem Angebot. Die elektronische Anlage Eingangsbereich war defekt, wie es aussah, bereits seit langer Zeit. Dies hatte zur Folge, das jeder durch die Anlage gehen konnte und auch der Pool von Fremden benutzt wurde, weil eine Kontrolle unmöglich war. Die Wohnung hatte zwar die angebotenen Räumlichkeiten, war aber in einem schlechten Zustand und nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Wir hatten aber bereits ein Drittel des Mietpreises bezahlen müssen und konnten so nicht mehr zurücktreten. Also haben wir angefangen unsere Kleider und Utensilien einzuräumen. Als ich am Siedebord das Schubfach herausziehen wollte, hatte ich nur den Griff in der Hand, der Rest ist zusammen gefallen. Im Kleiderschrank hatte ich auch dort bei zwei Schubkästen nur jeweils den Griff in der Hand. Auf der Terrasse gab es einen Außengrill, der war so verdreckt, dass eine Benutzung unmöglich war, Fettschichten und viel Katzenhaare. Die Tür zur eingebauten Waschmaschine konnte man nur mit Schutzhandschuhen anfassen, sonst blieb man daran kleben. Die Küchenausstattung war, zurückhaltend formuliert, in Umfang und Zustand, eine Zumutung; viele Töpfe und Pfannen, die jedoch fast alle unbrauchbar und verdreckt waren. Das Geschirr bestand aus gesammelten Teilen - total lieblos nur vom billigsten. Auf der Terrasse gab es keinen Sonnenschutz, wenn wir dort gefrühstückt haben, mussten wir immer eine Leine spannen und ein Bettlacken aufhängen, was natürlich einen besonderen optischen Reiz hatte. Die Anlage wurde nie gereinigt, auf den Gehwegen und der Treppe mit 204 Stufen lag viel feuchtes Laub, und Kiefernnadeln, wodurch das Begehen gefährlich wurde. Der schlechte Wohnungszustand hat unseren Urlaub sehr stark negativ beeinflusst!

We are very surprised to know that you were so unhappy with the property, specially knowing you stayed there for 2 weeks and never complained about anything. It really feels like you are talking about another property. If there is an issue with the cleaning, we are very happy to send the cleaning team, and if you want to move to another property we are happy to refund the rental cost. What we don't understand is why you review so negatively the property equipment. The kitchen was newly built in 2015, and crockery, pots, cutlery and glassware are changed every few years and are in a perfect condition. We also don't understand your comments about the terrace, we think our guests love to have breakfast in the sun. It's a covered terrace, there is no need for a sunscreen. If a drawer handle is broken we are very happy to send someone to fix it, but you need to inform us first, otherwise we don't know. We unfortunately have no control on the communal areas, which we think are in a very good condition. A gardener is cleaning the communal stairs every 3 days. You stayed in the property in October and we had wind and rain, finding some pine leaves and wet stairs is perfectly understandable. We remind you the only guests staying in the complex have access to the pool. We will make sure the bbq is checked, but please note we have no control on the wild animals living nearby, we cannot make sure a cat or a bird is accessing the terrace. That brings you to the following question: Is there anything in the property you liked?

Great holiday apartment with fabulous views!

Although we have been to Mallorca before, we had not stayed in Port De Soller, so we were not sure what to expect. However, we need not of worried, on arrival we were met by one of the Rental Agent’s team (Kimi), who showed us around and checked we were happy before having to pay the balance of the rental. The apartment was very well appointed and equipped, it was big enough for a family of four and could not have been better located. Fabulous views over the harbour, beach and Tramuntana mountains, fully air conditioned and plenty of space. There are a lot of steps down to the beach, but this was not a problem for us, and the pool was on the same level as the apartment, with only a short flight of steps up to the car park. We will be going back, Port De Soller was fabulous, and I would be very happy to stay in the same apartment for our next holiday, the rental team were excellent and so was the apartment.

A little paradise

We just loved Port de Soller, and the flat was really perfect. Especially the balcony with the fantastic view. The flat could have received 6 stars if it faced west and had the evening sun, but it was also very nice to have the sun in the morning. We received a very good service from the beginning; from the booking on the internet to the arrival in Port de Soller and the meeting with Magdalena. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Wow Port de Soller, loved it, loved it , loved it

Just back from a great holiday in this apartment. Location is excellent. Yes there are 198 steps, but they are manageable even for the unfit (like me). The beach is excellent and the harbour lovely, we found this to a very relaxing holiday spot. The apartment is good and very clean, and the view from the balcony is lovely. The size and layout of the apartment is also good. It is reasonably well equipped, we found the water filter provided us with good drinking water and the juicer was great for making our own fresh squeezed orange. The air con was modern worked very well. The pool is nearby but not so close as to be noisy, it is smallish but very adequate.

Biel was very helpful and a good manual on the area gave us plenty of information. We loved eating out in Port de Soller. Es Canyis restaurant near the apartment was our best meal. We found Sirocco at the beach promenade to be good value for money. At the harbour we loved the food at So Capischo (although the service was very slow). Mar de Sol seemed expensive (especially drinks). Randemar had superior service and was nice and chic, but we found the food to be just OK.

Soller village is very nice. And the tram worthwhile, but the taxi is cheaper. We hired a car - secure parking was provided at the apartment. We took a day drip through the mountains to Pollensa and Alcuida, beautiful scenery, but very twisty, we took the return route via Palma which really shortened the journey back to the apartment.

Not only can we recommend the area but also the apartment.

Clean, well positioned, fantastic views

The details on the advert and photos were spot on. This is a good sized apartment with lovely views overlooking the bay (at the good end for beach goers). We stayed with 2 children (6 and 8 yrs). The appartment is up a fair few steps from the sea which is good for the exercise - but car parking is at the same level as the apartment. Breakfast on the balcony in the morning sun is fantastic.

The property was clean and had lots of towels, sheets, blankets etc. There's a washing machine and outside sink on the balcony to wash all the beach stuff. The apartment was airconditioned and had shutters. The kitchen was well equipt. The traditional cafetiere was a life saver as the local instant coffee isn't great.

The town is small and not over developed. Information was provided by the owner about the region which was useful and reliable. We followed the recommended walk around Palma to see all the sights.

The owner was very helpful in setting everything up for us, and showed us in despite arriving late in the evening on the first day.

We didn't eat out much (no need to with a BBQ on the balcony) but would recommend Randemar for a bit of class.
