Our Cassine neighborhood is a quiet, peaceful, hidden gem in Seagrove Beach located off 30a just to the east of Seaside. This outstanding community is made up of full and part time home owners. Our house will put you in a perfect location with one of the two neighborhood pools conveniently located one lot away (seen from the front porch) and two tennis/pickleball courts located just behind our house. Certainly a location to two attractive activities that are so close and quickly accessible to the house. Plus, you are only a 5 minute walk to the beach access point. No golf cart required. Cassine has other amenities, as well, including a basketball hoop, and a small fishing pond that is spanned by a walking bridge to a neighborhood picnic area. In addition, the neighborhood offers fitness and nature trails and is perfect to ride bikes on the low traffic neighborhood streets or out onto the bike path along 30a.

Reviewing the photos you will see our lovely home has an open concept living area complete with all of your home away from home amenities. Relax after a day of fun with a large screen 4K high definition smart TV, comfortable seating, and plenty of room to socialize. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and new quartz countertops. We proudly offer everything the discriminating cook might need. Two families can be accommodated for meals with counter seating for four and a dining table that can accommodate up to eight adults.

Our house accommodates 10 persons sleeping in beds. No fold out sofa. Bedrooms include a downstairs Queen with a full bath with walk in shower. Upstairs is the Master Bedroom with a King and newly renovated en suite full bath, large walk in shower, as well as access to a private deck. The second bedroom also offers a King with newly updated furnishings and access to a private deck. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds which can accommodate four children and secured access to a private deck. The second bedroom and bunk room share a large newly updated Jack and Jill Bath with double sinks and shower/tub. All four of the bedrooms include new bedding and have flat screen televisions. The laundry room is conveniently located on the second floor.

Sit on the front porch and enjoy a cool refreshment and the solitude of this lovely landscaped corner lot home. Parking off street in the front for two cars. A side street leads to additional parking for one car behind the house. In the back of the house you will find a relaxing outdoor space, perfect for grilling and outdoor dining. Relax and visit with friends and family in a newly added adirondack chair conversation group. Here you will also find a stand alone storage building where we maintain bikes and beach toys for our guests.

Cassine Village is bordered on the south by 30a and to the east by Port Washington State Park. Only one mile from Seaside, but right in the heart of Seagrove Beach. You will find several great restaurants within walking distance. You can bike ride east and west on 30a to many exciting locations, or just hang in the neighborhood. This is a perfect location and the right home to create some wonderful family memories.

Should you decide to stay our hope is that you will truly enjoy our home and it makes you feel as comfortable as it does us. Take advantage of everything Cassine Village has to offer. That nearby pool for a water break from the beach. Tennis or Pickleball in your backyard if you wish. Shoot some hoops. Get closer to the nature of the area by taking a walk on the many trails. Walk, bike or ride, to all that 30a has to offer. Don't miss Seaside and Watercolor. To the east is beautiful Rosemary Beach and Alys. Between is Watersound. Stop by The Big Chill 30A, an exciting gathering place and the new Greenway Station 30A, for shopping and restaurants.
