Casa Mare with a typically Mediterranean style, has a large terrace-garden, partly covered by canopies to offer large shading spaces, where you can have lunch or organize suggestive candlelit dinners, equipped with deck chairs, chairs, outdoor tables, a barbecue masonry and outdoor shower, ideal for spending a quiet and relaxing beach holiday.
The structure is located in "Contrada Mirante" about 1 Km from the tourist resort of Campomarino di Maruggio (TA) and a few Km from S. Pietro in Bevagna tourist resort of Manduria (TA), renowned for the production of the famous "primitive" wine and for the presence of typical wineries which are recommended to visit.
The free and unspoiled beach is about 100 meters from the house and can be easily reached in a few minutes on foot, it is made up of fine white sand that alternates with stretches of cliffs where you can practice in a clear and crystalline sea, underwater excursions or even fishing for hedgehogs, octopuses and small fish.
The villa enjoys a strategic position for its proximity to the renowned towns of Gallipoli, Otranto, Ostuni, Alberobello, Lecce, Taranto and Martina Franca, all reachable in about an hour's drive.
Casa Mare has air conditioning and consists of two communicating bedrooms, one double, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom and can accommodate up to four people.
The bedrooms have beds that can be either single or double on request and furnished with large wardrobes, dressers and bedside tables equipped with reading lamps. The living room is furnished with a comfortable practical and functional sofa, an extendable dining table for up to 8 seats and a sideboard equipped with ceramic plates and dishes, pots and kitchen utensils, cutlery and glasses of water, wine and soft drinks, coffee maker and all the necessary for every need of a family. The hob consists of four burners and a built-in oven. A hairdryer, iron, umbrella and clothesline are also provided.
