The apartment is located a few steps from Piazza Politeama, in the heart of Palermo just outside the restricted traffic area; easily connected to the Falcone Borsellino airport by bus service and less than 700 meters away. from the port for boarding passenger ships bound for Genoa, Civitavecchia, Naples, Cagliari and Ustica. Guests will find completely new and refined environments with exclusively designed design furnishings.
The bedrooms are all equipped with a balcony.
The apartment has a terrace for moments of relaxation and for breakfast. The accommodation consists of three bedrooms of which two are communicating.
The beds are five, for a special needs you can add a bed. Two bedrooms with double beds are available upon request.
The district
The house is an excellent starting point for visiting the nineteenth-century city and the ancient city. All itineraries are easily accessible on foot or by public transport. Just in the street you will find yourself in front of the majestic Teatro politeama built at the end of the 19th century in the heart of Palermo between Via Libertà and Via Ruggero Settimo, considered the streets of the elegant lounge of Palermo.
A ride around
In the surrounding area along Via Dante you will find Palazzo Ziino with its museum, Villino Favaloro, Villa Malfitano, Villino Florio, Zisa Castle etc ...
Via Via Ruggero Settimo you will arrive at Teatro Massimo, the largest lyric theater building in Italy, and one of the largest in Europe, third in order of architectural grandeur after the Opera National in Paris and the Staarsoper in Vienna. When you reach the Teatro Massimo, you will find yourself in Via Maqueda, the main axis of the historic center which, together with Corso Vittorio Emanuele, divides the city into four quarters; from here the view to the oldest city and to the historical markets begins.
