Located in Cinnamon Beach, your family and friends will enjoy the open concept layout, private heated dip pool and short walk to the beach and amenities. Being located near Florida’s scenic A1A Highway allows for convenient trips to restaurants in Flagler Beach and day trips to visit attractions in St Augustine and Daytona.

When you enter the home, you are immediately at ease with high ceilings and bright spaces. The 1st level is an ideal entertainment space with a TV and coffee/wet bar. This space leads out to the private heated dip pool and covered patio featuring a summer kitchen to grill out. Also on the 1st floor is a half bath for guests.

The 1st floor hosts a King bedroom with TV connected to a Jack and Jill Bathroom. On the other side of the Jack and Jill is a Queen bedroom with a TV as well.

Heading upstairs to the 2nd floor boasts an open-concept living, dining and kitchen. In the living room watch your favorite movies. Access the 2nd floor balcony from the living room to take in the ocean breezes. Make mealtime memorable by gathering the whole family around the dining table and kitchen. The 2nd floor also hosts a Half Bath and Laundry Room.

Next to the half bath is a guest bedroom with a Bunkbed with trundle and TV. (Twin over Full with Twin trundle) This bunk bedroom is next to the 2nd floor half bath.

Also on the 2nd floor is the massive King Master Suite. From this private suite relax in the King bed and watch your favorite movies. The private Master Bathroom is a secluded paradise. Wash-away the day in the shower or separate tub for relaxation.
