A beautiful home on Seneca Lake with views that will leave you speechless! This cozy, private lake home has so much to offer: a hot tub, outdoor ping pong, Pac Man and more. We are 2 minute drive to Roys Marina for boat rentals and other lake fun!

This location is conveniently located along the Seneca Lake wine trail and less than 10 minutes from downtown Geneva. Whether its family gatherings, a romantic getaway, or hanging with friends, this house is the perfect match for you!

The Space:
Our home Drift Away, nestled on the largest lake in the Finger Lakes region, will allow you to drift away from life's worries.

Parking is available above the house, with a staircase leading you down to a beautiful landscape and the most incredible view of the lake. A leveled lawn allows for family play or a picnic. The entrance leads into the main floor filled with large windows to give you lake views from all areas of the house. Adorn with hard wood floors and knotty pine walls, this house will make you feel tranquil and right at home.

The kitchen is modern with state of the art appliances, and plenty of counter space for cooking with family and friends. The living space is very plush with 3 couches, a smart TV (where you can access your own Netflix account), in addition to a DVD player. A decorative fireplace creates an ambiance perfect for cozy evenings, sharing a bottle of wine, or just lounging around. The dining table seats 6 with additional seating at the counter. There is a full, newly renovated bathroom with a shower and plenty of counter space.

The second floor of the house is up a spiral staircase leading to 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with plenty of storage. Large windows in this bedroom allow you to watch the sunrise without leaving your bed! The second bedroom offers a double bed with a closet, and an additional cot located in the closet. There is an another small living space with a smart TV as well. A small alcove with a picture perfect view of the lake provides a great place to read, relax, or play Ms. Pac-Man.

There are sliding glass doors that lead to a large deck which runs along the length of the house. Our beautiful, long dock is set up with Adirondack chairs and a table. A great dock for fishing, afternoon drinks in the sun, or just relaxing close to the water. An oversized staircase leading into the water will make swimming very safe and accessible. There is plenty of outside furniture for basking in the sun, and a grill for outdoor cooking (propane provided). After a long day of fun in the sun, you may wish to relax and unwind in the hot tub which offers scenic views as it sits facing the lake. There are kayaks and life vests of all sizes for safe lake time fun.

Guest will have access to the entire house. No shared space.

The Neighborhood:
We are in the middle of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, 10 minutes outside of downtown Geneva, and within 10 minutes of Hobart William Smith Colleges. Drift Away is just a few minutes from Roy's Marina or Port's fine dining, and just a short drive from Watkins Glen State Park for some incredible hiking.

Getting Around:
Driving is the easiest way to get around. We have Uber, many wine touring options and local taxis.

Other Things to Note:
Please note: Neighbors live here all year long, please be respectful of them. The town has an ordinance of quiet hours, between 10pm -7am, it is enforced.

The town ordinance, only allows 1 car to be parked in the driveway. Additional cars can be parked at the top of the road where indicated.

Our Train/RR crossing: we love our trains & barely notice/hear them. They pass infrequently (~1-2/24 hours), are short (<2 min), & have no regular schedule. They are not required to blow their horn @ crossings, so please be careful to stop and look both ways whenever crossing the tracks!
