Villa Neo has 3 bedrooms, all ensuite with stunning sea views over Kalamar Bay. This new villa was completed in May 2015 and is based on the design of our other popular villa, Villa Papatya, Owners Direct listing number TK3019.
Villa Neo is a beautifully furnished and well equipped villa with everything provided for all your holiday needs including a modern, well equipped kitchen, ice making machine, dishwasher, washing machine, beach towels, spacious lounge area with flat screen TV, DVD's, idock, book library and wifi connection throughout the villa and outside area. The spacious private pool terrace has 6 sun loungers, sun umbrellas, barbecue, lounging area and a dining area for the all important al fresco dining. The Kalamar and Kulube Beach clubs are less than a 3 minute walk away and offer restaurant facilities, watersports and scuba diving. The old village of Kalkan is a 15 minute walk away and there is a frequent local bus service from Kalamar Bay to Kalkan. On arrival at the villa we supply a complimentary welcome hamper and information file listing information about the villa and local area. A weekly deep clean, all linen and towels are provided, including pool/beach towels. We can help arrange airport transfers, boat trips, days out and scuba diving.

Great view and quiet position

Overall very good, a couple of issues we had were resolved so quickly that they had no impact Vicky (the owner) was superb Kalamar beach club was only a 5 min walk away and was a great way to relax and chill. Kalkan as always was fantastic

Beautiful villa in a great location

We've just returned from a ten day stay in Villa Neo and would fully recommend it. The villa itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean and well equipped with stunning views from every room and the pool area. I really loved the open plan kitchen, diner, living room area opening out onto the pool, with a shower downstairs and outside to cool off in. Each bedroom has an ensuite with a fab rainforest shower, and its own terrace. Loved relaxing on the top terrace morning and night to soak up the views on the comfy loungers. Vicky was extremely helpful and responsive organising transfers, a welcome pack and even bread delivered to our door daily. She thoughtfully left a local mobile stacked full of handy numbers to save on international dialing fees which was a great touch too. The location is a short walk down to the beach clubs, which are both beautiful. I love Kulu be for its tranquility and beautiful location, and Kalamar is more lively with various watersports and includes a free transfers, pedaloes and Kayaks in the small price for a sunbed. Cafe Aqua and Vita are less than ten minutes walk away too - and Vita delivers if you are feeling too relaxed to cook or go out - as does the local supermarket. Like all of Kalkan it is a bit hilly, but cabs are readily available and cheap if you can't face the climb!

Beautiful Villa

We have just enjoyed 10 wonderful sun filled days in Villa Neo, the villa was delightful, exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, the pool well looked after sunbeds really comfy! The welcome pack was much appreciated. If there is a down side to the villa it was the location, Kalamar Bay is very hilly and the roads are not the best for walking on, we found a lovely taxi driver and made the most of his services. All in all would definately recommend a holiday here!

Vicky and I have lived in Kalkan since 1995 and are the owners of the Kalkan Dive Centre, situated at the Kalamar Beach Club, just a hop skip and jump from Villa Neo! We live in Kalamar Bay, so we are always around to help whenever you need it. Villa Papatya was built in 2012.

We manage the property ourselves and ensure everything is perfect for your arrival and during your holiday, including a well provisioned welcome hamper. We also provide dishwasher tablets, washing powder and beach towels.
We are on hand if you need us and can arrange daily fresh bread delivery and a grocery shopping delivery service so all you have to do is relax and enjoy your holiday.
