This one bedroom ground floor Bungalow boasts direct access to the apartment, large terrace area with seating options and sunloungers, as well as a tastefully decorated interior.

The location of this property is very good, as it is only a 1 minute walk from one of our newest shopping centers (supermarket, and Food Market La Pepa, banks, cafés, restaurants etc. And only a 5 minute walk to the beach and promenade.

The complex has 2 large outdoor pools. An ideal holiday as is easy walking distance to get taxis, busses and parking. Which are all readily available in the area if need be.

L110 El Mirador Los Cristianos

We have stayed at a number of apartments in this complex. The main point we noticed about L110 was that it seemed fairly basic compared to most others we have stayed in. The crockery was no more than the minimum it would have to be, there were no sharp knives for cutting fruit/veg (there were plenty of knives, but they were all blunt), there was no salt or pepper, washing up liquid, etc., the cord for opening the sun blind was broken and, despite informing the managing agents, remained so throughout our stay. A lot of issues which, individually, are very minor, but which together created a sense of disappointment, particularly considering the premium price charged for this rental. I would not altogether avoid this property in the future, but from our experience, there are other apartments in this complex which provide a better experience at a lower cost.

Full of Bugs

While we're were staying in El Mirador we were killing baby cockroaches every time we're were in the apartment.It got so bad we contacted the property manager and told her. The apartment was fumigated that day but it never solved the problem.We were even taking them out of the fridge.It was awful we have never seen such an infestation of beasties all the years we have been coming to Tenerife.We have stayed at this apartment 3 times now as it is ideal location for our needs as my husband is disabled and suited his needs.we will not be staying in this apartment next time we visit.Tge bugs were in our food in the bathroom Kitchen they were everywhere.The place may have been fumigated but it never got to the roots of where they were coming from. Apart from this we love the apartment and location.

1 Bedroom garden apartment, El Mirador.

This is a fabulous little apartment with a large terrace and garden. It has everything you need if you plan to spend most of your time there (cooking utensils/crockery/washing machine/TV in lounge and bedroom). If not, there are bars and restaurants a plenty within a couple of minutes walk, and a fully stocked supermarket. The El Mirador complex is high quality with 3 pools. The grounds and gardens are kept in an immaculate condition and is also gated therefore very secure. We will be returning!

Mostly all good

Shower needs looking at.Reported at start of our stay that the shower basin is almost overflowing by the time you have finished.no one came to look at it.Asked for more towels as we were only given 2 got them a week later.Everything else ok apart from the stones in the terrace are not ideal for disabled people.

Pleasant Apartment

We never saw any Cockroaches. I found the Apartment had almost everything you need apart from Wi Fi I know most people do request this it’s important. I lost my mobile and not having Wi Fi I had to ask in a Bar to use Wi Fi as I needed to use it to find my phone. I have stayed in Lupain Apartments before they are good I would have had at Xmas but find the price to high. Thank you for help from Josh very helpful just hope they get a light near the security box for the keys we arrived in the evening and could not read the box older people do not have young eyes. Maureen john
