The theme is very much Mediterranean, from the interior design with soft furnishing in cool natural colours to the terracotta pots with bright geraniums which adorn the numerous flagged patio areas surrounding the house and the pool area. The ambiance is very much of a relaxing, calming environment where the stresses of everyday life are a world away. 'The Stone House' has only just recently been completed and will not disappoint the most discerning traveller. Furnished to the very highest of standard, the fixtures and fittings are contemporary. The house has evolved from what was originally the dream of owning a shack in the olive groves above the North East coast. The British owners found their perfect plot of land just above Ag Stefanos & Kerasia with the beaches and wonderful taverna's all within walking distance. They designed and oversaw the building of this beautiful creation, close enough to the life but yet a haven of tranquillity and coolness in the shade of the Olive trees.

Beautiful villa in quiet spot

Had a lovely time in Sinies, The villa was very comfortable and beautifully done. Walking 5 mins to supermarket, and small family run cafe for breakfast: coffee etc. The walk to the beach however was abandoned when we just couldnt find it- had a car and its 10 mins drive- to Aghios Stafanos, we liked Kerasia and Kalami. Overall a great holiday.

Return to beautiful Stone House

It was such an absolute pleasure to return to the Stone House. It's an oasis of tranquility and calm, with thought and care in every detail. Many, many a happy hour spent relaxing in the shade whilst the children splashed in the pool below. A truly gorgeous house which we are already looking forward to returning to next year.

immaculate newly refurbished stone villa in rural setting

We adored our stay at the stone house last week. The house is immaculate, so much so, we wondered if we were the first guests ever,as everything was so beautiful and new. The house kitchen is very well equipped,v good cable tv,bathrooms all work well and the beds are comfy. We stayed in the smaller bedroom as it had the en suite shower, whilst our children stayed in the master with the en suite bathroom (which thy never used!) The pool area is small, but beautiful and all you need and you get a nice glimpse through the trees down to the bay. Also i should say the pool was a perfect temperature, often we've rented villas in corfu and they've been freezing. My husband did run down to AG a few times on the unkempt road and found it fine, but we didn't take the children down it. The supermarket is literally a 3 minutes walk and is open all day so very handy. The cleaner and house manager were utterly brilliant and any queries we had we dealt with immediately, nothing was too much trouble. We'd love to go back one day, a perfect relaxing haven!

What an amazing find

First time to Corfu and we loved it so much cannot wait to return. The Villa's design was beautiful, very spacious with French windows looking out to sea from both bedrooms, kitchen and large sitting room - what more could you want!! Everything was kept clean and immaculate with the villa team always on hand if needed. Various Sun terraces for eating outside and lots of room to sun bathe around the lovely pool. We hired a boat and took in the many great restaurants dotted along the coast where you just tie up an the pontoon and relax over a languid lunch ! Cannot wait to return - best holiday ever!!

Stone cottage - fabulous location

Fabulous villa in a great location high above Agios Stefanos NW with great views across the Ionian Sea to Albania. The property was as listed with great facilities including a superb infinity pool. The property was spotlessly clean and well maintained. From the start the owners were very helpful and no query was too much trouble for them. They arranged car hire at a reasonable rate. We were met at the airport by their rep and we were on the road within 15 minutes - great service. We eat out every night and did not have a bad meal in the local tavernas most of which were on the waters edge and all within 15 minutes by car! Nickolas beach just past Kassiopi was excellent. We hired a speed boat in AS and spent the day exploring the beaches and coves. The property is around 500 metres from a supermarket which has everything you would need. We took a chance on the villa and the area not having been to Corfu before. It turned out to be an excellent choice and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Between us we have three children, Andreas, Annabelle & Mikey as well as a menagerie of animals. Annabelle is now working in the office, being fluent in Greek and with her knowledge of all our properties she has become an invaluable member of the team.
