Dois quartos. Um tem duas camas individuais eo outro tem uma cama king size 5 pés cama de casal.
Aquecido com radiadores de aquecimento de armazenamento da noite e do painel.
Muito calmo bloco de apartamentos de 16 unidades residenciais e situado perto de todas as comodidades.
Supermercados e restaurantes apenas um par de minutos a pé nível de distância.
Aproveite os passeios à noite ao longo do passeio marítimo ou assistir os arrastões da sua varanda ou no salão vêm em todas as manhãs para desembarcar as suas capturas no mercado de peixes.
Estação de comboios está a poucos minutos de distância.
Vista para o mar: O apartamento certamente deve ter as melhores vistas para o mar que se possa imaginar de Newlyn porto para St Michaels Mount, o Lizard e além.

The owners of the apartment were very helpful. The apartment was comfy and very clean. The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen is on the small side but you have everything you need and lots of extras. The photos of the view don’t do it justice, most morning we would just sit looking out while we had a coffee. There is a Co-op and petrol station two minutes’ walk away.
We enjoyed staying here and would recommend this apartment to family and friends as value for money. When we return to Cornwall I would defiantly come back here.
The location of this apartment is fantastic. It is a great base in which to explore Cornwall.The photos don't really do the views justice. In ten minutes you can walk along the coast to Newlyn where a regular bus service takes you to Mousehole. We walked to Mousehole and it took less than an hour. Penzance itself is nice enough and the local Penlee park is just behind the property. The flat is comfortable, very clean and with added extras like lots of towels, cleaning materials, toys, books, magazines and basic ingredients in the kitchen. The flat is small and quite basic but fabulous value for money. We had problems with the wifi but the owner was very helpful. Overall our stay was excellent.
The owner was very helpful and most accommodating. The apartment was spacious, warm and clean. There was plenty of storage, beds were very comfy, tv and Internet available, very close for shopping, daily paper and petrol with Lidl and coop shop and petrol station 50 yards away. Easy to avoid town centre as there is a roundabout 50 yards in the other direction.
It was a nice walk in either direction either into penzance or newlyn and there are buses, we took one to Mousehole as driving there is a bit scary. Over the other side of Penzance there is Morrisons, Tesco and Sainsburys.The apartment has everything you would need, towels, even a hair dryer, the balcony was very nice and to sit and enjoy the views was wonderful. We recommend trips to lands end, portleven, st Ives, st micheals mount, penzance, newlyn and Mousehole, also had a lovely meal and chat with the owner of the Thai resturant around the corner and the Luggar pub down the road who managed to get us a lobster. We would like to thank Alan again for a lovely holiday apartment.
Nice sea view apartment at a very convenient location. Had a 5 day stay with family which included young children and we all had a great time. Alan has thoughtfully furnished and equipped the property with everything you might need. Well done!!
Stunning sea view through the twin bedroom. The bus stop to the neighbour town is just within 5 mins' walk. Two supermarkets are nearby. The property is well kept with full set of cutlery, cookware, towels and bed linens. Lovely place with the great value.

Wir waren eine Woche im Apartment. Es ist sehr gepflegt und alles da, was man braucht. Man konnte auch gut vor dem Haus parken. Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Restaurants, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein traumhafter Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer mit Essplatz aus.
Perto de Newlyn e Mousehole e situado em frente ao mar, com lojas e restaurantes a uma curta distância a pé.
O apartamento também tem vista para o famoso St. Michaels Mount que pode ser visitado a pé em toda a calçada na maré baixa ou pegar um barco durante as marés altas.
O mercado de peixe Newlyn é uma curta caminhada e peixes frescos podem ser comprados, todas as manhãs, enquanto você também pode assistir os arrastões entrar e desembarcar as suas capturas.
St Ives é uma unidade de 20 minutos de distância e é ideal para os jovens e jovens de coração, com suas praias e restaurantes.
A estação ferroviária está a apenas um minuto e você pode pegar o trem para St Ives e desfrutar da paisagem litoral bonita ao longo do caminho.
