Inside the villa, the sleek open plan design features a contemporary kitchen and a large living area, together with four bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms. At all levels, large windows open out onto the terraces and balconies and maximise the wonderful views out over the Mediterranean Sea. Featuring 2 balconies, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge, it really is the perfect getaway.

During this winter season some big improvements are underway at Villa Yahvi.

Perfect vacations in Villa Yahvi

We spent perfect week with our friends in Villa Yahvi. Contact with owner was very quick and clear. Property manager Muhammet was very hospitality, he welkome us in the properties and we have simply contact with him by Whatsapp. Villa is well equipped and clean, located in quit surrounding on the hill, view is really amazing.

Fantastic stay in Villa Yahvi

We have just returned from a great two weeks at Vila Yahvi. All 5 of us had a tremendous time and are looking to return if possible next year. On arrival the villa was immaculately clean and there was everything we could have wanted. The welcome pack was the best we have ever received in a villa. The beds were so comfortable that we all had difficulties waking up in the morning sometimes. The air-con in all of the bedrooms worked great, but the blinds in all of the rooms worked so good that we didn't have the air-con on in the bedrooms very much at all. We had never seen these types of Blinds before and we are now looking into getting these blinds in our own house they were that good The pool area was so comfortable that we spent most of the time out there, eating breakfast and lunch there everyday. The Sunbeds were really comfortable as was the outside sofa area. The Pool area was cleaned nearly every morning and was so clean. The views from the terrace and the infinity pool looking out over Kalkan was beautiful, It was so nice both during the day and on a night, we used to spend an hour every night sitting looking out over Kalkan Bay with a G&T and a Tuborg. Some of the other highlights of our holiday were Falcon Boat trip, absolutely stunning Boat and great food and service. We had some fantastic meals from Rose Restaurant, Yunis and his Mother Rose were so welcoming. We also had Turkish Breakfast at Adam's Place, it was superb. Muhammet, the Manager of the Villa was really helpful, even meeting us at the Petrol Station on his Scooter to escort us to the Villa when we arrived. He called in a few times during our visit just to make sure everything was OK, which it was. We had a top to bottom clean of the villa mid-stay, 4 cleaners arrived and went through the villa so thoroughly and so quickly we didn't really notice they were there. Pardeep was so helpful with everything that we needed to know and would answer our queries within minutes sometimes. Thanks for letting us use your stunning Villa and we look forward to renting it again sometime. Thanks again for everything.

Great family villa

By the time i got back i knew i wanted this to be the place to buy my holiday property.
