Fully furnished, airconditioned 4 bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. The villa is located in Calis area, just 10 minutes walk to the beach. With its private swimming pool and isolated garden, you have privacy. The main bathroom is with jakuzzi. There are 3 double and 1 twin room. The attic bedroom has en suite bathroom and a balcony with pricacy. Satellite full HD TV, DVD is for entertainment. Toys for children, baby cote and high chair is provided.

Brilliant Holiday

We (2 adults, 5 teenagers) had a brilliant holiday in this lovely house. Fehime (the owner) was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended!!!! We hope to return next year!

Super villa in a quiet location close to beach

Lovdly villa clean and well maintained. Pool ideal for family and cleaned regularly. All rooms spacious and comfortable and air con very good.A 10 min walk to beach and lots of great restaurants ovdrlooking ocean. Stunning views to die for! Car not required as taxis very reliable and cheap. Fehime was excellent and attended to all our requests. She even provided toys and a bike for the cihildren. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We will definitely be booking again.

Fethiye/Calis Villa

We have returned from 10 days in Fethiye. The villa exceeded our expectations, we were a group of 3 adults and 3 children and we were very comfortable there. All rooms are of a good size, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was most welcomed given the heat in the night. The outside area was perfect, a good size pool and patio area surrounding, enjoyed by all the family. The location of the villa was only a few minutes walk to the beach, local shops and restaurants. We did not have a car on our stay but this did not make any difference as there is a small market shop within a few minutes walk and they deliver if you have many goods. Taxis are very reasonable so for days to other locations this was the easiest for us. We would certainly stay at this property again, the owners are very friendly and speak excellent english. We felt welcome on our stay and will no doubt book again in the next couple of years.

excellent

we have had a fantastic time at palm grove villa. Fehime was excellent with her communication. As recommended we booked dalaman car hire, the service was very prompt and professional. On arrival we found the villa spotlessly clean. The four bedrooms were perfectly adequate for our group of 4 adults and 4 teenagers. All bathrooms had a shower and again were spotless. Fehime had left us a comprehensive welcome pack including bread, water, butter, sausages, crisps and biscuits. The kitchen was well stocked with tableware, cutlery, glasses and cooking equipment. The pool area and surroundings were cleaned daily. This is our third visit to calis and the villa was idealy located just a 10 minute flat easy walk to the beach and shops. As with most areas of turkey, wear flat shoes - side roads aren't finished off too well! Calis is a lovely area of turkey. We also got the dolmus or water taxi over to fethiye, costing 2tl on the dolmus or 5tl via boat. We hired a private boat twice through our holiday which was lovely. The owners take a lot of pride in their boat and served an amazing lunch. The prices along the promenade remain low. A large beer ranged from 5-7tl (about £,1.50- £2.10, depending on exchange). Meals averaged about 10-15tl. Hopefully we will be returning to calis next year and renting this villa again.

We are a big family with grandmother and father living in Istanbul; sun, daughter in law and three grandchildren living in Fethiye. Grandmother and father stays in Fethiye between November and April to be with the family.

We have been living in Fethiye for 12 years, we love the resort atmosphere, which is a combination of a relaxing resort with all the amenities, so you never get bored. We also love the facilities in the area, we are always finding new places to visit even after 12 years. The ancient town of Fethiye is a water taxi ride from the promenade and boasts a large waterfront and marina, superb fish restaurants (particularly recommended are the fish restaurants in the fish market, in the evening) and a weekly market. Being over 2,000 years old it has several ancient sites. The beach at Calis is in Fethiye Bay and gently slopes into the water, making it suitable for children of all ages (with the proviso that safety and supervision of very young children and non swimmers are observed).

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The Villa is an easy 10 minute stroll to the pedestrian promenade and beaches, where the majority of the restaurants and several bars are located, yet is set in a quite area away from any hotels. For relaxing there is a large gazebo by the pool, to sit in the shade during the day or to dine alfresco in the evening. It is called Palmgrove for a very good reason, we are surrounded by Palms. From all 4 bedrooms there are lovely views of the mountains.
