As you enter the villa there is a great feeling of space and light. The open plan kitchen has recently been refurbished to a high standard. The kitchen looks out to the large dining & lounge areas. The lounge has black leather sofas offering plenty of seating for ten people. Club TV system with several English channels. There are three bedrooms on this living level comprising two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, with two bathrooms also on this level. Steps lead down from the kitchen to the large gardens and the pool area, which has astroturf around the pool perimeter and plenty of sun loungers. There is also a BBQ area near the pool - perfect for self-catering on those long, balmy evenings. Two further bedrooms are located on the pool level WITH SEPARATE EXTERNAL ACCESS – not via the Villa. Both these bedrooms each have 2 x single beds and own bathrooms. The utility room is located on this lower level. Easy walking distance to all the centrally located bars, shops and restaurants. You will be eligible for residents´ golf and tennis rates when staying at this villa. We have baby items for hire, including travel cots and high chairs.
