Lovely three-bedroom apartment in a tranquil location outside of town, opposite the Paraiso beach. Large balcony with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean, lounge with Wi Fi, satellite TV with DVD, dining area, air conditioning and fully fitted kitchen. On site you will find a shared swimming pool "closed winter", children's play areas, handball court, all weather football pitch, small supermarket and two bars. Uncluttered blue flag beaches, including our local beaches of Playa Paraiso, Playa La Caleta and Playa Bol Nou with their summer season beach bars "Chiringuitos" are only across the road.

The site has its own bus stop and train station "Paradis" which only one stop away gives you easy access to the lovely old town of Villajoyosa with its winding cobbled streets, colourful houses and world famous chocolate museum, shops, restaurants and bars galore. Walking down the old streets you come to the stunning sandy Centro beach and its marina, cafes, bars and restaurants with something for everyone running along the beach front.

The tram serves the coastal towns from Alicante to Denia including Benidorm "17km away" and its host of attractions including Aqualandia and Mundomar. Only six stops by tram from the apartment or a 15-minute drive you will find the fabulous theme park of Terra Mitica that gives the whole family a day to remember. Next to the theme park you will find the Villaitana Golf resort with a choice of two courses in a fantastic setting overlooking the Mediterranean.
