To the rear of the property is a peaceful country lane with private parking.

The apartment is tastefully designed inside and out. It has the unique feature of having a swimming pool that begins at the front door, and wraps round the apartment to end at the back door.

The pool terrace has a variety of fragrant, Mediterranean plants, flowers and terracotta urns, as well as an outdoor shower and stone built BBQ - a wonderful place to simply relax, sunbathe or dine al-fresco.

Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and private furnished terraces with lovely views of Kalkan bay. There are three private sunbeds and parasols on this level as well as an additional ipod dock/speaker system and floor standing fan.

The Pearl has many home-from-home comforts: there are book, DVD and music libraries, as well as games, bean bags, pool toys and water hammocks. For picnic lovers there is a cool bag, ice blocks and folding beach chairs. For keen cooks there is a wide range of cooking pots and utensils as well as cafetiere, espresso pot and cocktail shaker. A grocery pack is supplied containing laundry, and dishwasher tabs, as well as loo rolls, washing up liquid and hand wash in the bathrooms. Beach towels are also provided.

The apartment is adjacent to the Dream Hotel which has one of the biggest and best pools in Kalkan - which my guests are welcome to use. There is a small connecting gate so guests can go straight from the apartment, right onto their beautiful pool terrace! The hotel has luxurious sun beds and mattresses, with stunning views over the bay out to the islands. There is a lovely pool bar where you can get cold drinks and hot snacks.

For winter lets, the Pearl is equipped with cast iron stove, oil filled radiator, fan heater, luxury duvets, electric blanket, hot water bottles, throws and pashminas. Cots and high chairs are available to hire on request.

Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure that your stay at Apartment Pearl is a truly memorable and happy experience.

Guests will be met on arrival, and have the services of the property manager on hand throughout their stay, who will also be able to arrange for car hire, taxis, private tours and restaurant reservations. They can offer you detailed resort advice and even shop for your groceries before you arrive.
