Large sliding doors to sunny backyard on Southwest (17x5,5) with terrace and garden furniture for 5 people. Dining table for four people, horizontal bar and swing for children. Toys for children.

First floor
2 bedrooms space. Master Bedroom with bed (180x200), and doors to roof terrace. Children's bedroom with 1 bed (90x200). Luxurious bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and sink. Locker Room.

Second floor
1 extra large bedroom (35m2) with seating area and double bed (2x 90x200)that can be separated into 2 single beds. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Please note: this property is not rented to groups of young people because the house and the neighborhood are not equipped for this.
