Enter this waterfront home at Sunrise Bay and let the panoramic view of Lake Anna take your breath away. It’s your perfect summer week at the lake – or a weekend getaway in the spring or fall.

The 5,000 square foot house has spectacular lake views from almost every room. It includes all the amenities you’d expect in a house built in 2005.

The house has 6 bedrooms, plus a bunkroom with 4 sets of bunk beds. It can sleep 18 people in beds! Two living areas – each 20' X 30' – create plenty of space for people to gather. The pool table upstairs and the ping-pong and foosball tables downstairs ensure family fun. (Plus, there are games and books for the kids – and the adults.) The TV’s in both living areas have Xfinity 1, plus DVD players attached.

The kitchen features two refrigerator/freezers, two sinks, three microwaves and a full stove with large oven. The central island makes preparing food for large groups a joy. (Of course, granite countertops and cherry cabinets.) Dishes and silver for 25+ people, along with serving dishes, make this kitchen a chef’s delight. Bonus: the seating for 18 people at the tables.

The waterfront features six kayaks, two paddle boards, a paddleboat, and deep water for everyone to swim and enjoy. There’s room to tie up your boat or jet-ski – and rental places nearby if you need to rent a boat. The 3-acre lawn provides plenty of room for kids to run and adults to play football – and all the privacy you’ll want. The sandbox is great for kids – plenty big but far enough from the water so they’re safe.

The home features two decks off the upstairs level, with deck furniture for 18-20 people. (And of course a 5-burner grill.). The patio off the lower level has a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and creating s’mores.

The home is perfect for large family gatherings – but the lower rates in fall and spring make it great for a couple's weekend getaway as well.
