M&M Villa's architecture, pool and surroundings are in perfect harmony with its environment. It offers space, great views, tranquility while being accessible to all modern facilities. Easy ride from Chania only 25 minutes away. Ideal for those who wish to visit north and south west Crete or simply want to lounge and enjoy all the amenities that M&M Villa has to offer. The villa has 2 levels. A beautiful interior iron work marble staircase access one level to the other. The second level has a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining and living room, 2 bedrooms and a washroom. The dining room and living room lead to a large veranda allowing panoramic views of the sea as far as Chania and the White Mountains. The first level has a kitchenette, sitting room, bedroom, washroom and a large veranda with garden views. On the roof terrace, there is a room use to store linen and other service material for the villa.

A perfect getaway

This beautiful villa is in one of our favourite locations in Crete. The attention to detail is outstanding throughout We enjoyed it immensely and felt we were in safe hands Many thanks to our host, Manolis, for the wonderful welcome and service during the stay We really hope to be returning soon

Superb villa

Directions to the property were excellent and easy to follow. Manolis was waiting for us on arrival and had prepared a really splendid meal, which was very kind of him. The villa was exceptionally well maintained, very well equipped and most comfortable. As grand parents the arrangement of the building meant we could have time to ourselves in our own lounge bedroom and toilet whilst still being part of our wider family based upstairs. The pool is nothing less than outstanding.We had a splendid time there and thoroughly recommend it.

Beautiful Villa and Pool in a tranquil location

Had to cancel last year’s trip to M&M and was impressed with how Manolis dealt with the late cancellation due to COVID…great integrity and honour. We just had to rebook for this summer and risk it again. Well, we made it and we were not disappointed. Greeted by Manolis with a wonderful lunch and kitchen basics for our first day. A detailed handover and instructions for everything. The accommodation: everything spotless and comfortable. Bedrooms comfortable and cool with AC. Living area/kitchen large table, plenty of pots and pans, plates, etc. Electric juicer, coffee grinder, percolater, kettle, toaster etc etc etc. Basically everything you could wish for. Great outside balconies x2 as well with comfortable tables and chairs. The pool…WOW!!! Just beautiful. Cleaned every day. Quite literally…squeaky clean. Fantastic size. Lovely sunbeds and plenty of parasols and shadey areas with the garden trees. We honestly could not have been happier at M&M for our two week stay. The obvious pride in the Villa and the comfort of their guests is of the utmost importance to Manolis and his team. Lots of great information and local knowledge in the Villa’s Handbook. Lots of beautiful restaurants and beaches around Chania. We have fallen in love with Crete and hope to return again. Thank-you Manolis for everything.

Stunning view

We loved the amount of space at this villa, it’s a huge traditional property with a beautiful pool & gardens kept immaculate by Manolis. He prepared a lovely meal on arrival which was gratefully received, the Greek hospitality is the best in the world. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa, perfect for a family of 6. We particularly liked the upper balcony where we had our meals overlooking the olive trees & sea & mountains with a lovely breeze. Manolis had left lots of information on the surrounding area & best bakery etc. He spoke perfect English & was a true gentleman with great attention to detail, he gave us a gift of olive oil to bring home too. We will definately return in the future. Thank you Manolis for a memorable holiday.

Best conference accommodation ever...

We were three guys attending a conference at the Orthodox Academy of Crete in Kolymbari. This time we wanted something new for our accommodation instead of just another boring hotel stay. So we started searching for some nice villa not too far away from the conference venue. And luckily we spotted this magnificent M&M villa and it was still free to book. Although we were actually on a business trip it felt like a holiday in the mornings and evenings when we could enjoy the very nice swimming pool (with a view!) and the numerous amenities of the house. Especially the second floor veranda was superb for spending free time with good food and drinks and taking pleasure in the wonderful panorama view from the mountains to the valley ending up to the seaside! And from Manolis the owner we got a very useful tip for our only proper day off. And thanks for the advice we drove to the stunning Falasarna beach (not too crowded) for a nice swim and suntan and delicious lunch on a slope restaurant. That final day topped off our memorable week at this terrific villa! Thank you very much! Jouni, Erik and Alex
