LIVING AREA: air-conditioned entrance/living room furnished with double sofa bed, dining table, TV; kitchenette with kitchenette, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven and crockery.

NIGHT ACCOMMODATION: 4 bedrooms (1st air-conditioned double bedroom and private bathroom, 2nd air-conditioned double bedroom, 3rd air-conditioned double bedroom, 4th bedroom with bunk beds). Two full bathrooms in the hallway with shower stalls.

FURTHER FEATURES: mosquito nets, garden furnished with outdoor furniture, stone barbecue and outdoor showers, sea view terrace equipped with kitchenette, parking space, Wi-Fi and washing machine.

The tourist tax excluded (to be paid on site) is equal to €1 per day in the months of May, June and September; €1.50 per day in the months of July and August, per person up to a maximum of 7 nights.
