Oferece 3 quartos, 2 casas de banho completas e uma sala de duche separado. Cozinha nova, grande e com todos os aparelhos. O terraço é excelente, espaçoso e mobilado com mesa e cadeiras de teca mais 2 sunloungeurs, onde você vai relaxar e desfrutar ao ar livre pequeno-almoço, almoço ou jantar. Temos 2 áreas de estar, com sofás de 2 cada. TV tela plana com canais em inglês e alemão disponíveis. Conexão com a Internet. Sua em um 3 º andar com elevador. Há um estacionamento privativo coberto que pode ser usada pelos hóspedes. Pegue o bonde, pare apenas a 2 minutos a pé. Melhores restaurantes no Porto estão por perto, assim como o hotel boutique renovado Esplendido, que oferece o ambiente mais elegante para uma bebida ou refeição. Besser hätte die Ferienwohnung für unsere Familie (6 Erwachsene und Baby) nicht sein können - viel Platz für alle, Traum-Meerblick mit ausreichenden Möglichkeiten, die Mahlzeiten draußen zu genießen, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, alles fürs Baby, und eine sehr nette Veronica, die alle weiteren Wünsche - z. B. Großraumtaxi für Hin- und Rücktransfer - unproblematisch und zuverlässig organisierte.

Lediglich eine etwas verbesserungswürdige Küchenausstattung verhinderte eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung! Trotzdem werden wir gerne wiederkommen und wären gerne noch länger geblieben!

Excellent spacious apartment with stunning views

Travelled in a party of four. This apartment is extremely spacious and tastefully furnished, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, large kitchen fully fitted with everything you could possibly need, laundry room with washing machine, ironing board etc. A large balcony which has table chairs a couple of sun loungers and stunning views over the beach, ocean and mountains make this apartment perfect. The location couldn't be better, across the road to the beach along with lots of extremely good resturants literally within minutes walking distance. A handful of well stocked supermarkets are close by should you wish to self cater. Veronica our agent made booking extremely easy and was always on hand to answer any questions or request we had prior to our arrival. There are some picturesque villages Well worth a visit all easily accessible using local transport.

Would we go again.???.............YES 110% without hesitation.......... Can't wait :)

Just heaven

When we arrived my first words were WOW and WOW again

Couldnt be better, couldnt be closer to the sea...

My family and I enjoyed soo much, came here to chill out and we really did, lazy mornings, late wake ups ...beach, sun, good food, nice weather, ...

what else can one ask !!??

A lift and a pedestrian street is the distance between me and the dream !

We felt home, didnt miss any detail, had lovely walks, lovely meals...

Thanks to Verónica, and pls reserve 2 weeks for us in 2013 !!

Cant wait to come back...

PS : new bathrooms are very promissing !

Good location but needs updating.

I stayed here with my family for 8 days. We had excellent communications before arriving with the manager, Veronica and she also kindly met us late in the evening to show us around. She had organised a nice welcome pack of simple groceries so that we could have a snack and breakfast the next morning, which was thoughtful.

The flat is very spacious and has three bed and bath rooms in total, a large kitchen and living room which opens onto the terrace. The living area has been recently updated and was comfortable and the terrace has a lovely view of the bay, while being high enough up to give privacy.

The kitchen and bathrooms have not been updated for a while and felt a bit shabby. The third bathroom (next to the utility room) in particular was not very clean and had a stained shower curtain. hairdryers are provided in both the en-suite and 'family' bathroom which is useful.

The other main reason we needed to open the windows is that the whole flat, although mainly the kitchen and bathrooms, suffer from an awful smell of drains!! This was impossible to get rid of even after buying two plug in air fresheners and leaving as many doors and windows open as was safe. This is clearly something the owners must know about and yet have not rectified. It was instantly worse and much more noticeable if we had been out for the day with the flat closed up.

We have stayed in Soller before on this stretch of beach and our last apartment was less money and far more modern and clean. It was such a shame as there were many good things about this place, let down by a lack of maintenance. Veronica was helpful, the space is great, the views lovely and location was ideal for both port and beach life. For the money we spent though, it didn't feel worth it.

Also, the car parking space is very tight and in a hyundai ix35 we struggled to squeeze in and out without help. If you hire a car here, get as small a vehicle as you can manage.

Overall, we would only return if there were big improvements, given the numerous other options for accomodation.

Resposta do proprietário: Many thanks for your comments Very first line buildings are not new obviously, and this aptm can not be closer to the sea, you almost could jump from the terrace into the water. We have been updating the apartment by areas, for example the kitchen is now 1 year old, fully and very well equipped, all beds, matresses and linen is new, we have new outdoor furniture, including sunloungeurs, as well as new sofas ( 4 ) and new flat screen tv.... This year is the turn of the bathrooms, so all going well we will have full new bathrooms at the apartment ready for 2013 season ! The smell is something strange that happens rarely, checking with a professional plumber looks like being so close to the sea affects the drainage, because of the changes of sea water level. And what can we say about the parking, that is the space we have, for a normal size car, and we cant do more. Its a standard space as in most parkings. Obviously difficult with a very big car as the Hyundai. Best regards from sunny Sóller

Traumhafter Blick

Mein Mann und ich waren zusammen mit Freunden eine Woche im September in dieser schönen grossen Wohnung. Das allerbeste war die Terrasse und der atemberaubende Blick über die Bucht von Puerto Soller. Wir waren schon zum dritten mal in Soller aber dies war mit Abstand die beste Wohnung.

Die Buchung lief problemlos auf Englisch.

Wir hatten wunderschönes Wetter und wir mussten nur über die nicht befahbare Strasse laufen um ins Meer zu springen!!

My family and I stayed in this awsome apartment 10 days in July and we are already planning to go back next summer during the school holidays. The absolute BEST about this flat is its location just above the sea and the view is to die for.

It was our first holiday in a rental apartment, before we always used to sleep in hotels, but it is much nicer and a lot cheaper if you are a family to stay in an apartment. Every day we had breakfast and dinner on the LOVELY terrace and some days even lunch, we just don,t wanted to leave :)
