The terrace around the pool has fantastic views, amongst the best on Mijas Golf, overlooking the Los Olivos course, Mijas Costa coastline and mountains.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is an open plan lounge and dining room, with stunning views to the golf course.

The lounge has Wi-Fi internet access, UK TV channels, plus Apple TV box! The TV is HD.


The swimming pool is of a large size and has walk in steps making it suitable for young and old alike and can be heated (optional extra & not available in Summer months).

There is also a large terrace/patio and garden, BBQ area with furniture. Outside entrance area with private parking, Also an undercover games area with a pool table, dart board and a children's table tennis.

There is easy parking off street for 2 cars and just outside for more if required. The area is safe and secure with 24/7 security patrols. There are a couple of restaurants and shops on the Mijas Golf complex and a newly opened Spa Hotel called La Zambra (part of the Hyatt Group) where you can treat yourself to the spa and treatments or have a fantastic meal. Due to the size of the urbanisation there is nothing realistically within walking distance, so hire cars are required if you intend to get out and about a lot. Taxis however only take 10 minutes from the Villa into the popular, busy local resort town of Fuengirola with hundreds of restaurants, shops and beautiful golden sandy beaches!
