This lovely apartment is ideally located in the centre of the hamlet and develops on one level on a raised ground floor with independent access and panoramic  gravelled garden/terrace  for al fresco dining. The apartment is characterised throughout by the typical Tuscan materials, such as terracotta tiled floors and chestnut beam and terracotta tiled ceilings, while the exteriors are made of local stone.  It comprises of a separate and generous kitchen/dining area, with French doors opening onto the private panoramic terrace; a living room with double sofa bed, a large double bedroom with wardrobe, a bathroom with shower. The terrace is probably the best feature of this apartment with lovely views, and comes fitted with outdoor furniture.
The apartment has central heating and A/C, internet access, flat screen satellite TV, fully fitted kitchen. The guests can also enjoy the shared facilities such as panoramic pool, sun deck, the gym, the laundry, and the underground reserved parking space. 
It is an ideal location to fully enjoy the peace and tranquillity that the Tuscan countryside has to offer, albeit within walking distance of all the local amenities of Gaiole in Chianti. From here it is easy to reach the villages of Radda in Chianti, Volpaia, Panzano, Castellina in Chianti, and the cities of San Gimignano, Siena and Florence, just to mention a few!
