THE APARTMENT IS REGISTERED WITH THE TENERIFE TOURIST BOARD AND SUBJECT TO CLEANING PROCESS'S THAT HAVE BEEN INTRODUCED. OUR MANAGEMENT AGENTS WILL NATURALLY ADHERE TO THEIR STRICT CLEANING PROCESS'S. BE AWARE ANY APARTMENTS THAT ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH TTB MAY NOT COMPLY WITH THE SAME STRICT CLEANING REGULATIONS
THE HEATED OUTDOOR POOL AT ROYAL PALM IS OPEN , SUNBEDS ARE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING APPLIED - AS OF 10 AUGUST 2020. and remain correct as at March 2021

Furnished and equipped to superior standard our spacious apartment features good sized lounge with sofa and easy chairs, bedroom with twin beds and plenty of drawer and wardrobe space and a hairdryer is supplied. There is an American style kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and full sized oven with cooker hood, toaster (and a Breville sandwich toaster) together with plenty of kitchen utensils and a couple of frosted glasses for those warm days..We have also added a new washing machine. The kitchen has a fire blanket for emergencies and the apartment is equipped with a smoke alarm. All windows and doors are protected by security grills for peace of mind and there is a safe provided in the lounge. (So during summer months you can leave the doors open with the grill locked) The bathroom comprises a bath and strong shower and vanity unit.. There is an iron and ironing board provided.. There is a large terrace overlooking the palm garden with sunbeds and patio chairs and table for Al Fresco dining - and to enjoy that first glass of Rioja. All patio seating/sunbeds have pads. The private terrace is bordered by a garden with attractive flora. We also keep a cool box and ice blocks for guests to take to the beach or pool,and some plastic beakers for use around the pool. Sunbeds and parasols are free and both the pools (One heated during winter months) have a lifeguard on duty during opening hours We also provide a couple of "pool pads" to use on the sunbeds around the pool.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but ashtrays are provided for use on the terrace.
The gated and locked complex is well lit during the evening. The 24 photos against this advert give you a good idea of the apartment and where it is located.
The apartment has FREE WI-FI - --
It includes a 32" flat screen TV with SKY channels including all mainstream UK terrestrial channels and SKY Sports . (Channels can change) There is a DVD player together with an assortment of DVD's for your enjoyment, and a Radio /CD player to access English speaking stations for weather reports etc.. Both the lounge and bedroom have ceiling fans.The apartment is professionally managed by our on-site letting agents who have an office on site to assist in the unlikely event you encounter any problems or misplace your keys. They will make sure the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, ensure you have the correct number of towels and bed linen - and they will also provide a small welcome pack with tea / milk etc. for your convenience when you arrive. Towels and linen are changed weekly and more frequently if you wish for a small charge. There is not a "maid service" The apartment is officially registered for letting with the Tenerife Tourist Board and thus meets their strict criteria. There are plenty of places to eat within a few minutes walk from the apartment including Traditional , Chinese , Indian , Italian and Lebanese restaurants. The "Taurus" steak house is also nearby as well as the much acclaimed "Olivers with a Twist" - although early booking essential for here.Two well stocked Supermarkets nearby both offering freshly baked rolls and Royal Palm owners office where daily English papers are available. Situated a short 15 minute walk from wide golden sandy beaches and the centre of Los Cristianos with more excellent restaurants to cater for all tastes and budgets. After dinner take a stroll along the Safari centre where the designer and local shops stay open until about 10pm for duty-free shopping. Enjoy a drink at the famous "Monkey Bar" or at Harry's cocktails where there is also a centrepiece "musical" fountain light show on the hour.
Los Cristianos has a unique square outside the church leading down to the harbour, beaches and local shops . There is also a twice-weekly market held where you can buy anything from leather goods to jewellery. Golf is nearby, (at Golf Del Sur and Los Palos) as are excursions to all parts of the island, and to neighbouring Canary Islands. Here you can book Whale and Dolphin boat trips, book diving lessons.or simply book a tour of the Island or a trip up to Mount Teide. Tickets also available for popular attractions such as Loro Parque and/or Siam water park (see youtube)
There is a taxi rank outside the complex and local pick-up points for excursions. .

There is a water dispenser on the complex which saves carrying water back from the supermarket -although Royal Palm do in fact already filter water through the tap. Royal Palm also has a free Book-Swap facility and you can hire safety deposit boxes from Owners office if you prefer.. Ample parking outside the apartment

A Great Apartment
We had the pleasure to stay in apartment 97 for the month of March and loved it. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. The grounds of the Royal Palm Apartments are one of the best maintained complexes in Los Cristianos. The office of Oasis Property Management does an outstanding job as well .Well done!

Lovely apartment really good complex. . Communication with host was very good. Location of apartment was great for waking into centre and also lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Lovely spacious apartment in a wonderful complex
We always stay in this part of Tenerife but our first stay on Royal Palm complex. This apartment (No 96) was excellent. Really well equipped and not overlooked. The patio didn’t catch the sun which was perfect because you could sit out at any time and feel the heat without getting frazzled. A well equipped kitchen and English TV channels including Sky Sportss and BT Sport made our 4week stay a real home from home. The 20 minute walk to the beach and return at end of the day nearly gets your 10000 steps in and if you don’t want the walk back uphill a taxi costs 4 euros. In the evening there are at least 10 restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk. A great place to stay.

We are a couple recently retired and we bought our apartment in Royal Palm 18 years ago primarily as an investment for retirement income but also for us and our friends and family to use for breaks in winter sun. Having had previous great holidays at Royal Palm when our children were younger we decided this was an ideal retreat from the uncertain British weather and we have never regretted buying it. Our family and friends continue to use the apartment for several weeks a year and therefore we like to make sure it is well maintained and kept to a high standard. The ambient winter temperature allows you to wear T-shirts and shorts all the year round and make full use of the terrace.

We stumbled across Royal Palm after the Co-Op Travel agents suggested we might like it there and we booked a 2 week holiday with some friends. When we tried to book the same apartment the following year we found it was for sale and the rest is history as they say. This was a big decision for us so we had a good look around properties in Los Cristianos before making a commitment but never found anywhere as nice or as relaxing. It is close but not too close to the airport. It is a quiet environment but close to all amenities. Royal Palm gets favourable reviews on TripAdvisor.

There is no nicer feeling than unpacking the suitcase at the start of a holiday and relaxing on the terrace with a cool beer or glass of Rioja. The apartment is ideal for chilling out for a week or two - is situated between both of Royal Palm pools but far enough away to relax on the terrace. It is a ground floor apartment so relatively few steps to negotiate. Pleasant outlook over well tended and well lit gardens.
