SEA VIEW : Property well situated with sea view. Lovely view of Estepona Town and Seaview from balcony, both bedrooms and even while sitting in the lounge area.
WELL FURNISHED : Property is furnished and equipped to excellent high standard.
LIFT access to the property from the private space in underground car park. Easy access to lift area from both car park and pavement to block. Property is on the 4th floor (only one floor above us with penthouse at the top).
SECURITY : door with quadruple door lock. Spy hole indoor; Intercom telephone to main entrance. Safe for valuables. Very secure property.

BEDROOMS : Two bedroom apartment with own private garage space comprising :
- lounge/dining area (dining table and 4 chairs) TV 3 seater leather sofa plus 2 easy chairs. TV, coffee table and extras;
- 2 bedrooms
(bedroom 1 master bedroom, queensize bed, large wardrobe with plenty of hangers, table unit, hairdryer,
bedroom 2 with 2 good size single beds, dressing table, hanging area for clothes, drawers and extras)

Superb sandy beaches and marina within short walking distance (0.6 miles).

LOCATION :Close to the marina, one of the favourite spots for lunch or evening meal - you can dine alfresco and take your pick of a huge range of local and international restaurants. You'll find excellent Chinese, Greek and Italian food, haute cuisine, delicious local fresh fish dishes and of course the inevitable paella. Many amenities within walking distance from the apartment.
The Old Spanish square and town is also a short walk - also an ideal place for lunch or an evening meal.

The location of the property is perfect for either the Marina or the Old Town - both within easy walking distance.
It is perfect for shopping for all your self catering needs. Visit Estepona Sunday Market at The Port (very popular)
The AP-7 is just 5 minutes away by car so easy to tour, visit Selwo, Marbella, Puerta Banus or many other tourist spots.
The property is not in the middle of the town but has access to the town. Many guests consider this a perfect location.
We recommend you visit the tourist information office in Plaza de las Flores in the Old Town to find out what activities are current as things do change from time to time. Visit their website or facebook page

The apartment is bright and airy and very comfortable, with a very well stocked kitchen including coffee machine. It’s well located to explore Estapona on foot, being easy to walk to the Port and Old town. It’s easy to get to and from the main road/motorway for exploring further a field. There are supermarkets 10 mins walk away. Mary and Dawn are very easy to contact and super helpful. Would recommend

Lovely appartment
This apartment has all you need for a holiday stay. I liked the fact that there were plenty of (non edible) provisions such as kitchen towel, washing up liquid, foil, coffee etc. very clean and it was great to have all the English channels including sky sports + golf channel. The area is safe, 10 minute walk to the Marina and 20 mins walk to town. The marina had some great restaurants (recommend El Cazador) and also has a Sunday Market. Just 5 mins from the apartment there is a great Wednesday Market. Overall a great stay, thank you Mary and Dawn.

What a find!
We had a fabulous week in this apartment. Centrally located, and very close to a lovely communal pool which we had to ourselves often! A very comfortable apartment with plenty of space. Would thoroughly recommend, and will certainly be rebooking in the future. It was one of the most relaxing holidays we have had.

Exceptional apartment
We loved everything in Mary’s apartment: the location, close to downtown, the paseo maritimo, and the port / marina, and also close to two supermarkets. The underground parking and the swimming pool are two big plusses. As for the flat itself, it is exactly as advertised: lovely residence in a quiet neighborhood, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen, like at home. Mary and Dawn were available and responded promptly to our requests. We were very lucky to be able to rent the apartment.

Brian and I live in West Midlands, UK. Brian and I are retired now (formerly Driving Instructor and Operations Manager) We have 5 grandchildren - Ellie, Sam, Isabelle, Noah and Grace. We decided to buy a property in Estepona because of its wonderful location and scenery. We have fallen in love with this beautiful area. The location of the apartment is ideal to walk to the beach, the port, to the old town shops and much more. We get many compliments from guests. Everything you need to enjoy your holiday is there for you and your family.

We are involved in the local Elim Pentecostal Church. We have been part of mission to Tanzania, East Africa on 6 occasions which we found rewarding and challenging. Mary enjoys looking after her allotment, Brian doesn't always enjoy what Mary has grown!

We purchased the property 'off plan' in 2009. It took a few years to get completion but now it has all been worth it. The area is a perfect location for either a total chill - just sitting on the balcony watching the world go by, a stroll to the beach or the Port or looking round the Spanish Town and shops.
We have added wi fi and full English TV.
The apartment is well looked after, has excellent quality furniture and is popular with guests.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We enjoy the convenient location of the property. Ideal to pop down the road to buy fresh rolls for breakfast and get some fresh fruit. The property never seems to get hot and stuffy and is always welcoming when you return from a day on the beach or a day trip. There is also something good about the fragrance as you walk into the foyer and lift. It is cleaned regularly and the fragrance lingers. The apartment is secure and safe too with vision intercom system. The location is perfect - just a pleasant walk away from the Marina or the beach.
Dawn looks after the property for us. It is kept immaculate and so very clean.
We provide towels including beach towels. You are welcome to use our beach chairs.
You now have the benefit of free wi fi and full sky tv.
A totally dedicated car park space is a real advantages and makes our property very popular. The space is situate next to the lift (very convenient).
