The farmhouse Monti 1824 was built 1650 and restored in the traditional Tuscan style, with careful attention to every minor detail. When restructuring and renovating the house for rental apartment, we put ourselves in your shoes to make decisions that would provide a homelike environment of comfort and quality.

The GELSO apartment has been renovate in a country style, with one double bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen-dining room ,an independent sitting room, lovely bright mansard with 3 single beds for a total of 90 sq.m.

Monti 1824 is located in the municipal district of Siena-Tuscany, in the heart of the wonderful area of Val d'elsa. It is just 1 km from the charming, medieval village of Casole d'elsa where you can find shops, restaurants and typical Tuscan food store. it is joined by a safe road to the village, so you can reach it without car in 10 minutes and have in that way a pleasant walk.

The apartment Gelso is part of Monti 1824 Holiday House where other holiday accommodations are present. In case the Gelso apartment is not free,please contact us to request availability for other holiday properties.
Monti 1824 offers 3 apartments and 3 cottages + a panoramic swimming pool.

ABOUT CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT :

1.Check-in guaranteed not before than 16.00h and until 18.00h. In case of delay ,please contact previously the owner.

2.Check out by 9:00 am.

3.Delivery of the key by the owner ( no self check in )

OPTIONAL COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE:

+Heating ( on a pay per use basis) : 1.90 euros per hour. There is a thermostat with hour counter inside the apartment to allow the guests using it when they prefer. Period by law for heating use: 1 st November - 15 April .

+Washing machine: 5 euros / wash

+Extral change of towels and linen ( on request) : 16 euros per person

+Mid- cleaning ( on request) : 50 euros

+Pool towels ( on request) : 5 euros / each .Pool towels are not included in the towel set,so must be booked before the arrival date. If pool towels are not booked in advance we cannot guarantee to provide them.

MANDATORY EXTRA COSTS:

+Stay tax will be requested upon arrival and it mandatory for all guests over 11 years old. The stay tax can be paid only in cash.

+The farmhouse is composed of 6 holiday accommodations + swimming pool

+The pool is shared with the other accommodations of the holiday farmhouse Monti 1824.

+Close to the local town Casole ( 1 km).

+Pool open from April 1st till October 30th (opening may vary depending on weather conditions). Opening time 8.00 - 19.30 .

+Guests will find only upon arrival a starter kit with some courtesy products to start their stay : toilet paper roll ( 1) , hand soap, some dish soap, a few dishwasher tablets.

-introuduce people not included in the reservation and not recorded as Monti 's guests inside the estate (swimming pool, garden, apartment and parking)
