This property of 15 duplex bungalows resembles the South Pacific and old Hawaii. Your Kauai condo is located at the top of the hill above Poipu in the crater of an extinct volcano with abundant tropical garden views. Centrally located in Poipu, you have a short walk to Shipwreck’s Beach, Poipu Kai Resort, the Grand Hyatt Resort & Spa as well as Brennecke’s and Poipu Beach & Park.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Poipu Crater Resort #23

Stayed here with my girlfriend and her two sons. Decent place with basic kitchen, nice lanai, and fairly short drive to beaches and local towns. We were here in July. The bedrooms have air conditioning, the rest of the townhouse just fans, fairly typical for Hawai'i. The place can get a bit hot and stuffy, being in a crater. The upstairs bedroom suite is somewhat open to the entryway so much of the cool air from the air conditioner just goes down there and is wasted. The home has uninsulated clear story ceilings which heat up from the sun and typical Hawaiian/tropics style louvered windows. Maybe it's not as bad in the winter. If you are not used to the heat, consider alternatives. The current old wifi router was unable to deliver a steady signal to the bedrooms. That seems like an easy fix for the homeowner to take care of. The management acted professionally and responsive to questions. The neighborhood is well-maintained and nice and quiet.

Beautiful location, lovely setting!

We had a fabulous time on Kauai! Poipu Crater is in a great location for the beach and we were nicely surprised that the fans kept the rooms cool upstairs. We were fortunate to have the trade winds blowing for most of our stay! The walls are pretty thin, however, we only had a couple of nights where that was an issue, the washer is incredibly loud and the dishwasher needs to be run on their settings. They have lovely toiletry products for the beach, a cozy bed and linens and a full compliment of kitchen utensils.

A very unique opportunity to live in a lush tropical Crater!

The house was well laid out and cozy. Every cooking implament was provided and there is a locker full of beach equipment. We enjoyed sunning at poolside and swimming some laps. We especially enjoyed spending time time on the lanai. It is as good as the picture suggests with lots of birds and tropical plant life.
