Our open paradise is perfect for entertaining a family get-together, or group. The kitchen, dining, and living area is all one. Couch alone seats 8 + and automatically by a push of a button (3) can have those who can’t make it to bed, still be able to sleep comfortably on the couch. 75” Smart TV, with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Pandora, Spotify, and DVD player to watch that favorite movie or listen to your favorite station all on HD and surround sound.
Extra large Kitchen with all new appliances. Fully stocked with everything you could ask for and maybe more. There is enough room for everyone to be in the kitchen and enough cooking utensils, dishes, glassware including wine glasses pots and pans for your army. Dining seating at the large table can seat 12 and at the bar another 4. Folding table available and chairs for extra seating. You just need to bring what you are going to cook and eat.

#1. Master-Bedroom: (Sleeps 2 but room for air bed if needed) Master is upstairs away from everything, all on its own with an attached master bathroom. New King size pillow top bed, with the perfect mix of linens for your stay. 42” TV with cable. /fire tv
Enjoy the private deck off the master bedroom and the western view of Mt. Diablo and sunset.

The master bath has double sinks with a beautiful stone shower and an oversize bathtub.

#2 Queen Room- (Sleeps 2) Good size room with new Queen size pillow top bed. And tv overlooking the courtyard with access to the master bath with fire tv

#3 Full-Size Bedroom- (Sleeps 2) Full-size Bedroom with mirrored closet doors down the hall and with fire tv/Smart off the court yard. Separate entrance.

#4 Double Bunk Bedroom- (Sleeps 4 or more.) 2 Double bunk beds built into the wall. We call it the Kid Bunk Room.. Located at the front of the house up the 2nd set of stairs. Enough room to add a blow-up airbed too and then some. Beds are great for older kids. Some adults might have legroom issues.

Downstairs Bathrooms:
Bathroom #1- Full Size with Tub-Shower combo.
Bathroom #2- ½ bath with Toilet and sink for overflow. Washer and gas dryer.

Wireless internet access available so you can sit out on the deck and enjoy the day.

Where to go and what to do?
Launch ramps are available at the Discovery Bay Marina or at Orwood Resort. Orwood and the Discovery Bay Marina (the boardwalk) have great food. Minutes away from Safeway, CVS Drugs, McDonald's, Starbucks, and a few ATMs. There is also the Valero gas state/mini-mart on Discovery Bay Blvd, right in the heart of the Discovery Bay compound. Pizza is available with a call to Round Table (in the Safeway parking lot) or Mt. Mikes's Pizza on Riverlake and Discovery Bay Blvd.

P.S. If you do not have a boat and are looking to go out for the day? We can provide you with an experienced person to take you out on a Ski/Wakeboard boat for some fun out on the water. Learn how to ski, board or just want to go for a ride? Maybe pack a lunch or head over to Union Point or Bethel Island for some food, cocktails and fun. We can provide you a great day.
