House Manual • Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Parking: The parking spot is on the left side of the duplex, when facing the house from the street (in front of the gate). Please park as close to the neighbors’ side as you can as we have an SUV and can be difficult to park when our guests park close to the center. • Access: Entrance to the unit is just beyond the wood gate. The wooden gate has a magnetic lock, just reach around the top of the gate post and pull the magnetic latch toward the neighbors house. To access the unit, enter the four digit code (to be provided), then turn the lever lock clockwise to unlock the door. To lock, close the door, firmly pull the door knob and press the "Schlage" button and then turn the lock lever counterclockwise. After several seconds, the lock will engage. • Contact: If you have any questions during your stay please text or call me and I'll be very responsive 310-948-0816. • Back Patio: Please, please do not go into the back patio. We have a very friendly, but anxious and protective dog. So please do not enter the back patio and go beyond the "Beware of the Dog" sign. • WIFI and Phone: To Be Provided • TV: Turn on using the Time Warner remote control, make sure the cable button is engaged on the Time Warner remote. • Kitchen: Please do not use the toaster and coffee maker in the same electrical receptacle box at the same time. Please firmly push the dishwasher door to engage and start a washing cycle. • Bikes: Located underneath the stairwell by the laundry room exit. • Vacating: 1. Throw out all food and drink at the end of your stay in the garbage/recycling bins outside the laundry room. 2. Please have all dishes cleaned and in the dishwasher, Dirty pots and dishes left in kitchen and sink may result in additional cleaning fees. 3. Please put all used sheets and towels in the laundry room 4. Turn off all running water, lights, gas stove/oven, thermostat, and close/lock all windows and doors. • Comments/Reviews: Don’t forget to leave a comment in the guest book and pin your hometown on the map.
