This country Villa is situated in an olive grove, set in an acre of private land, which falls down the hillside to a little stream. Although very secluded, it is accessible from the road and there is ample parking. Wild boar still live on Mazmullar Mountain, which rises behind the Villa & many species of bird inhabit this area, including Golden Orioles, Bee Eaters, Nightingales, blue rock thrushes, Red rumped swallows to name but a few. The ancient Moorish water systems nearby are well worth a visit. The nearest hamlet (5 mins drive) is Los Ventorros, situated on the road to Comares and has two bar/restaurants. It is 10 minutes drive to the mountaintop village of Comares with narrow, winding cobbled streets, restaurants and a small supermarket. This region with its spectacular views and mountain paths, is a favourite with walkers and bird watchers. The villa is family run with help at hand.
This is an "upside down" house. Downstairs there is a bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom with bath, over bath shower, basin and bidet. The family room has a king size and a single bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds and a double bed. There is also a family bathroom with bath, over bath shower, basin and bidet.
Upstairs is the large main living room with sliding doors leading onto a balcony. Also on this floor are the kitchen and dining room which lead onto an upper floor terrace. There is a double sofa bed in this room.
Outside on the ground floor is a very large terrace with barbecue and table tennis and the large pool with bar and lockable gates.
