Super convenient mountain location & fabulous mountain views from multiple aspects sum up my comfortable well equipped sunny family condo in the magical Crested Butte area.

I warmly invite you to stay in my cozy bright condo on 2 floors with breath taking mountain views (even when sitting). Steps down to the pedestrian bridge leading to Mt CB center, ski lifts & free bus to historical Crested Butte (5 minutes). Right next to the Snowcrest hot tub with some of the best views of the Butte in Mt Crested Butte. Wonderful easy to use pellet stove. Please read on for more details....

SUPERB LOCATION. My Snowcrest condo is conveniently situated to enjoy the many activities that Crested Butte offers to lovers of outdoor activities, music, food. Being elevated it is quiet and private but still so close to everything. Quality family vacation

Being elevated gives great views and also means there are steps to/from the bridge (see pictures). There is a store unit on the lower level to store skis/boots/bikes which makes the steps easier.

MOUNTAIN VIEWS - a feature of my condo due to 2 end wall picture windows. Sitting in the open plan living area you see the Butte and towards Crested Butte and Whetstone through the picture windows. You also see towards White Mountain and range through the big balcony windows. From the porch and bedroom you see different mountains. You know you are in the mountains even when sitting down in the living or dining areas.

LIVING AREA - BRIGHT and SUNNY due to the picture windows. Split level open plan - well equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area. Queen size sleep sofa in living area & large bench in the dining area. The pellet stove is a great amenity/feature - so effective and easy to use heating the whole condo up very quickly & triple glazing helps keep it warm. Comfortable and practical it is great for a couple, friends and families.

2 BEDROOMS. Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 single/twin beds ie Bedroom 2 does not have a double bed - there are 2 separate single beds.

The Queen sofa bed in the sitting room gives more flexibilty for sleeping if required.

BATHROOMS. 2 - one on each level. 2nd floor has bath with shower over, sink & toilet. 1st floor has shower cubicle, toilet & sink.

Sunny PORCH & loft area in afternoon sun. Enjoy sunrise from private BALCONY looking East.

HOT TUB - right next to condo so you can pick your moment to use it! Available for residents and guests and has the best hot tub views in Mt. Crested Butte. There is also a shared grill/BBQ here. Hot Tub is open between 10 am and 9 pm daily. It is checked for hygiene twice a day so can be closed at short notice for a drain, clean and refill. It can take 12 to 18 hours to reheat. Due to the checks it is not always possible for notice to be given. Apologies if this happens during your stay.

Wi-Fi and Amazon Firestick and unallocated Surface car parking for 2 cars (max) included. One pass provided automatically. Please ask well in advance if a second is needed. Max 2 permits

CONVENIENT, Great MOUNTAIN VIEWS, BRIGHT SUNNY and COMFORTABLE sums up my Snowcrest Condo.

Entry is same level as parking lot level which has unallocated parking. Max 2 cars allowed with pass. Follwing storms, you may be asked to move your car to allow snow clearance.

Private store unit for bikes/skis/boots if needed on lower level of Snowcrest Units. This saves carrying them up/down the steps from/to the bridge.

There is no access to the loft area.

Beautiful home, great location.

This is an amazingly clean and well-kept condominium that's a short walk to the lifts at Crested Butte. Both the owner and housekeeping contact were very responsive and helpful. Overall a great place to stay!

Great Views!

Can’t beat the views and proximity to the ski resort. We didn’t use our car the entire trip, just walked across the bridge and we were at the lifts. It was great having the hot tub so close. We took the bus into town to walk around and have dinner. Great trip, would definitely rent again!

Wonderful Feb ski trip!

Stayed Feb 18-24 of 2024. Snow was great. Skiing was incredible. View from the condo is spectacular! Everything went better than we could have imagined. Love the condo - so very close to the lift! Very nice place to stay. Love the mountain and the bus service to town is so very handy. We loved it all!

The condo unit itself was as expected from the listed description and pictures, but a few things that would prevent me from staying here again… The many stair steps to get down to the pedestrian bridge. Not favorable when walking with ski equipment, for adults and children. The new hot tub wasn’t just not hot, it was cold and unusable. The mattresses were not comfortable. If you wake easily, you will feel every movement of the person you’re sleeping with. Created Butte was very pretty and good skiing. Restaurants in town, Bonze (Mexican) and Secret Stash Pizza, were great. Parking provided easy access to the condo unit (especially compared to friends who stayed in a different Snowcrest unit that was down many stair steps, then more steps in their unit.) It’s a 10am checkout but we had to move our car by 8am for snow removal to a lot nowhere near the condo, so that was also very inconvenient.

I have been staying in Crested Butte for over 20 years and have come to love this unique and charming place and the friendly locals. It is magical and charming! Unique.

Since discovering Crested Butte I have hardly skied anywhere else and the summer is even better!

I chose my new home because of its PERFECT LOCATION in Mount CB, its MOUNTAIN VIEWS, SUNNY ASPECT from the picture windows. Also its practical layout with its updated kitchen/dining/living area, its easy to use pellet stove and proximity to the Snowcrest hot tub.

My condo combines great convenience with fabulous mountain views from several aspects (even when sitting down). The shared hot tub couldn't be much closer. My condo is practical & comfortable and ideally situated for winter and summer activities. Great for couples, friends and families. I am thrilled that all this is verified by the many great REVIEWS from guests and am delighted to share my special home so others can enjoy the benefits and make their own special memories.

The Historic town of Crested Butte has a unique character and the passion for the outdoor life is palpable everywhere. I have never known such a friendly and welcoming place.

Having skied around the world, Crested Butte is my favorite place due to its challenges, options, charm, beauty, friendliness and great conditions. Some quote is as 'the last great ski town on Colorado'. The summer is even better - it is known as the 'Wild Flower Capital of Colorado' and as 'Mountain Biking Heaven'. It has a unique charm.

It is accessible from Gunnison (30 miles) , Montrose (92) and Denver (227) Airports.

Full range of winter activities - downhill and nordic skiing, skate skiing, snow shoeing, sleigh rides.... A host of summer events Ride The Rockies, Crested Butte Bike Week, Pinnacle Bike series, Epic Relays, Quiznos Pro Challenge, Music Festivals, Wild Flower festival, Open air concerts, mini golf. O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Being open plan, the 2 Picture windows open up my condo to provide almost all round mountain views even when sitting. It is also super super convenient. It is simple/practical and comfortable. Perfect for your getaway.

Better than Ski in Ski out........

Perfect location - 5 minute walk to the lifts (and free local bus) in the center of Mt CB and just far enough to enjoy peace away from the main center. Also great views of Mt CB (and the other mountains). It is 5 minutes to get into Crested Butte on the free bus.

There are steps up from the bridge but also a store unit where you can leave your skis and boots to save you carrying them up all of the steps. I like to pause and admire the view and where I have skiied but you can save some energy by using the store unit.

The new shared Hot tub is a few steps from the front door and has the best hot tub views in Mt Crested Butte. You see the tub from my condo so can pick your time. Opens from 10 am to 9 pm daily. Hygiene is important so it is checked twice a day to maintain hygiene and has to close to drain, clean, refill, reheat from time to time and unpredictably. It takes 12-18 hours to fully reheat.
