Stunning Phase 3 Watercolor Home, professionally designed and perfect for large families. Elegant gourmet kitchen has marble countertops, Viking Professional appliances, DUAL refrigerators, DUAL ovens and an oversized pantry. The open concept great room, dining and kitchen offers 12' ceilings, abundant windows & opens onto a large screened porch.

**Nightly and Weekly Rates available year round with seasonal minimums. Reservation requests are subject to confirmation based on departure day. You will be called within 24 hours of booking request to confirm reservation request. **

- Complimentary Use of 6 Seater Golf Cart- For use within Watercolor only (some restrictions apply)

- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 45 pounds or less, and non-shedding. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival.
- Chefs Kitchen with Viking range, dual ovens, two refrigerators, warming drawer, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and wine fridge
- Screened in front porch with dining and cushioned seating
- Open air side porch with seating

There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.

Comfortable pet friendly home

We enjoyed our stay and will consider Watchtower Walk again for our next stay at 30A. The home was clean, comfortable and convenient. It was nice to have the golf cart for trips to the beach club and Camp Watercolor. Also nice to be next to walking trails for morning and evening dog walks. Would recommend for families traveling with a dog. The garden area is a small fenced in area with turf grass which was great for our dog.

Incredible Home and Location

Large family annual vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful, well managed, very clean. The kitchen is stocked well and organized. The management company responded quickly with even small concerns and questions. That was very much appreciated. The home should really be described as 4 bedrooms and a bonus bunk room. The room with 4 bunks with access to the watchtower does not have a closet which was a little inconvenient for a long stay. It also does not have a light switch inside the room, the switch is outside in the hall. And the pocket door will not stay closed unless it is latched, which is a problem since there is no way to unlatch it from outside the room. So when kids were sleeping in the bunks, we had to wedge a towel under the door to keep the door closed. Also, we found out after several incidences trying to access the pools and beach with 12 people and an infant, that the HOA has a strict policy that each home can only be advertised as max occupancy of 10. The HOA office behind Publix said the homeowners and rental agencies are aware of this policy and advertising otherwise leads to problems when more than 10 want into restricted areas at once. Many times one of the adults had to sacrifice their beach or pool time for a child bc the HOA will absolutely not allow more than 10 bands per property, period. That felt misleading. The advertising should make that clear and not lead the renter to believe that more bands could at all be possible.

Watercolor Family Vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house we rented was in a wonderful location in Watercolor. Close to pools and beach, and extremely quiet ! A short bike ride to everything! The home was the perfect size for our 11 member family. The grandchildren loved the 2 bunk rooms and the watchtower. The porches were so comfortable and spacious. The house was well stocked with everything you needed to cook! We did have a few maintenance problems though. The wine fridge and the lower oven were not working and we had cold showers for a couple days in the master suite upstairs. Our rental agents acted quickly on the problems , but parts for the wine fridge and oven had to be ordered. Golf cart was an huge plus! All in all a fabulous week!
