All-inclusive fees on villa reservations are $120 per day per adult (12 and older) (Starting in 2023 the cost will be $135 per adult per day). One-half price for children 3 up to 11, for children under 3 there is no charge. This includes all meals and beverages including alcohol. Please note that the all-inclusive fee is mandatory. This is so the resort can regulate access to the resort. The all-inclusive fee is usually $95 per person per day ($110 starting in 2023). However, with Covid, the resort is charging a $25 per day per person Covid fee. This is included in the all-inclusive fee.
