The apartment is located directly above Göhren North Beach in the quiet former. Park of the Villa Granitz in a preferred location. From the bedroom you have a wonderful sea view; from the balcony the Baltic Sea view is restricted in summer by the foliage of the trees. Through the garden stairs you come directly to the footpath to the beach promenade.
The modern apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table with comfortable armchairs and a couch (extendable 160x200). The balcony extends across the entire room-height glazed width of the living room.
In the bedroom (double bed 180x200), you can romantically watch the sunset over the Baltic Sea from two armchairs. The secluded location in the garden makes it quiet in the apartment. When you open the bedroom window in the morning you will hear birds chirping from the tall old trees and the rolling of the Baltic Sea.
The bathroom is modern, tiled in white, with shower. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating (laminate). In spring / autumn / winder this is very pleasant and inviting when you come home from a long walk on the beach or a bike ride. To the next Ostseebad Baabe you walk directly from the apartment along the beach for 45 minutes - and further along the beach you are in another 30 minutes at the first beach restaurant in Selin with a great view of the Baltic Sea (4 km in total). In the other direction on the beach you can hike the steep north perd to the south beach - pristine nature with great views.
The location is very suitable for hiking-active guests who want to leave their car behind (their own private parking space is right next to the house).
Of course, this also applies to families with children in summer, no car necessary: you can stroll directly from the apartment on the footpath without traffic in 5 minutes to the long, wide Göhren main beach with beach chairs at the pier. For lunch, for example, fetching a book ... briefly interrupt your stay at the beach and return to the beach.
The bakery is a few houses away, next to it is a larger Edeka market and a local fish shop. Shops and restaurants alternate along the beach road.
The apartment has its own parking space No. 51 and the bicycle storage room (included in the rental price) and washing machine / dryer (for a fee)
