There are wood floors throughout the main level of the cabin and carpet on the upper level. There are four bedrooms plus a bonus bedroom. The bonus bedroom is on the main level making it convenient for those who have trouble with stairs. Keep in mind, there are approximately three steps up at the main entrance. There are two quarter baths. The quarter bath is on the main level while the full bathrooms are upstairs
The kitchen opens up into the dining room and the dining room opens up to the living room. The kitchen and dining room have views of back deck to the large yard.
The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and pool table! This great room is sure to be fun for the entire group!

Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
