Just a short drive to the lake or the main street in Fawnskin, this cabin is perfect for guests who appreciate the history of the area and is ideal for activities such as fishing, hiking, bike riding, visiting the Discovery Center, dining, and antiquing.

You will enjoy relaxing by the wood fireplace as you stretch out on the roomy leather sectional in the living room. Watch TV using the Roku on the flat screen that swivels from living room to master bedroom. The new wooden window shutters offer multiple options for the beautiful view, natural light and privacy. The charming retro kitchen is complete with gas stove, microwave, coffee pot and seating for 4 at the dining table. The enclosed back porch is perfect for winter coats and boots after a day of fun in the snow and has a convenient stacked washer and dryer.  Sit amongst the mature trees and enjoy some peace and quiet watching the wildlife including the beautiful Blue Jays while relaxing on the spacious back deck that offers a covered area and propane grill.

Sleep comfortably in one of the two spacious bedrooms on the main level with full bathroom located conveniently off the hallway.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy during your stay.  NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
Please dispose off your trash in the green dumpster located in Destination Big Bear's parking lot, near the east entrance. The address is: 713, Stocker Road, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
