Relax and enjoy the spectacular views from your own private lakefront retreat just steps away from Holloway's Marina for boat rentals and summer fun.  With a 2 dock slip, two expansive decks, large windows, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and open living spaces, and over 3,500 sqft, this cabin is perfect for family and friends. Shopping and dining are just minutes away!

This amazing Big Bear cabin is located on a quiet street set back from the road.  Sit back and relax on one of two decks and take in the lake and mountain views.  Grill on the 4 burner Weber Summit natural gas grill with dedicated 5th smoker burner and tray for wood chips. The grill, conveniently located on the upper deck. Eat outside on the large table and rail-side bar height food and drink counters.  There is plenty of cooking space in the kitchen with center island, dining area, lots of counter space, a double oven, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave and coffee pot. For breakfast, make incredible high altitude waffles on the double sided waffle iron.  On chilly days you can warm up with the wood pellet stove while sipping a cup of cocoa. Guests are responsible for providing their own pellets which can be purchased at our local DIY and Butchers Block stores.

The living room features cathedral ceilings with wood beams, floor to ceiling natural stone gas fireplace, wall to wall windows to enjoy the view and large sofa for lounging and watching your favorite movie on the 65" flat screen TV with cable and sound bar.  A second dining area is great for a family game night or additional eating space. Have some fun playing Pacman, Centipede or one of the other over 100 arcade video games from the 80's on the multi-game console.

The main level has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, located down a hall for a peaceful night's sleep.  The first bedroom features cedar lined walls, a king bed and TV with cable and connects to a large bathroom with double sink and spacious shower with gorgeous stone reminiscent of a forest canopy.  The second bedroom also connects to the bathroom and has two queen beds.  The third bedroom has 2 queen beds for flexible lounging and sleeping arrangements.  The fourth bedroom has a king bed. A large bathroom is off the hall with double sink and door separating the tub/shower for privacy and multi-person use.

Downstairs you will be amazed at the high ceilings and beautiful wood grain tile floor.  An extra large bedroom has 2 king beds as well as 2 additional convertible chair that can fold out into a small bed, TV with cable and access to the covered deck with hot tub overlooking the water.  A bathroom with double sink and door separating the tub/shower is right down the hall.

The family will have a great time in the game room complete with dual flat screen TVs, pool table, foosball table, wood fireplace, wet bar and access to the covered deck with water views.

The backyard is fairly flat for kids to run and play or set up a game of horseshoes and challenge each other to outdoor fun. Dock has two 26' slips. Shoreline is usable for launching non-motorized watercraft and fishing. Lake levels vary throughout the year and boat docks availability is not guaranteed at the time of your arrival. Destination Big Bear is not responsible for the level of water in the lake during the course of guest's stay. Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
