This comfortable home has a family room and a living room.  The family room opens up to the dining area which features french doors with access to an expansive deck.  The living room has cathedral ceilings making the space feel nice and open.  Cozy up next to one of the two wood fireplaces either in the living room or the family room. Overlooking the living area is a loft which has the game room featuring an air hockey table, pool table, Foosball table and a unique bar for entertaining including a bar sink. Flatscreen TV and DVD player.

Ceiling fans throughout the home will help keep you cool in the summer time.

Master bedroom has French doors leading out to an expansive size deck with patio seating as well as it's own bathroom with tub and shower. The spacious bedrooms have ample sleeping space for everyone after a full day of fun.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
