Bear Heaven offers spacious accommodations in a beautiful natural setting. However, it's important to note that the cabin features outdated furnishings and carpeting. While we've made every effort to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of these items, they may show signs of wear and tear due to their age.
Welcome to this stately, Victorian-styled,  pet friendly home Bear Heaven located in Evergreen Estates,just a short minute walk to the shuttles for Snow Summit and Bear Mountain Resort!

This beautiful Big Bear cabin offers so much for all ages. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen while laughing with friends in the large formal dining room. This open floor plan allows you to enjoy each others' company from several rooms in the house. Just off the entry way is the sitting room with wood burning fireplace, seating and TV with cable. French doors open to an outdoor entertaining area that is cozy and relaxing with an outdoor gas fireplace, natrual gas BBQ and perfect for sitting under the stars. Just beyond the sitting room you will find the great room with living room and kitchen.

The living room area has plenty of seating with French doors leading out to the back deck. The gourmet kitchen features ample granite counter space, bar seating, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and large professional gas range. The nearby formal dining room will make holiday meals memorable.

The upper level of the home is where five of the seven bedrooms are located, giving you and your guests privacy The spacious master suite has it's own fireplace, king bed, and private full bathroom with large tub. A second master suite has a king bed and bathroom. Three more bedrooms each have a queen bed, and one has a queen and twin.

The lower level offers an exquisite game room including a pool table, television and bar area. Two more bedrooms offer additional sleeping space One bedroom has a queen and twin, while the other bedroom has a twin and twin over full bunk.

Note: There is no bathroom located on the lower level. Ice maker does not work. Do not use any wood in the outdoor gas fireplace. The garage and its bathroom are not available to guests. There is standing water in the creek on the property- Be careful of little ones.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. Removing the decibel monitor and/or security cameras will result in a full security deposit loss.

This cabin is perfect for vacationers seeking pleasant and well-appointed accommodations.  Generally features comfortable furnishing, desirable amenities, with possibly a few original features or appliances. House has a few areas of wear and tear.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
