One Ski Hill Place is a slope side resort operating year round at the base of Peak 8 just steps from Breck’s famous ski runs. The BreckConnect gondola whisks you into town or to the adjoining ski slopes. Peak 8 accesses Green, Blue and Black runs. We are very excited to give our guests the opportunity to rent this unit as very few are listed on VRBO. Better yet, we do not charge the $35 Resort Fee. This is the "Ritz" of Breckenridge and the experience all encompassing. My husband and I also own three other condos at The Village at Breckenridge and Trails End.

Because you are renting directly through us and not the resort you do NOT have to pay the $35/day Resort Fee. You still have access to all the amenities with the exception of Room Service or charging items to your room. Please keep in mind that our management company will be your "Front Desk" .

Our management company for key pick up/drop off is off site about 8 minutes from the condo on Main St. Breckenridge

There is no daily housekeeping but if there is anything you need (maintenance issues, locked out, etc) they will provide those services to you. A midweek clean is required every 5 days if staying over 7 days at a charge of $91. If staying less than 7 days and want a midweek clean it is available for $91. Please let us know ahead of time.

We have partnered with Summit Express Shuttle and the local grocery store to receive discounts and guests will receive information in the Booking Packet that is emailed.
